Stayed Jan 10, 2026Yes it was welcoming despite trying t.o bring in our bags early. I took a couple of calls but was handled well. There were threes lights not working and the one in the washer/dryer was a problem. Someone tried to hide a broken knife with scotchtap.Two issues. There was unsufficiant lighting especially in master bedroom. It was a very dark room. Even the bed lamps had very dark shade. The pillows needed to be changed out. Uneven loft, stained, and just not in great shape,

Stayed Nov 5, 2025The condo was comfortable and roomy since it was just the two of us. It's nice that it was close to the pool/hot tub. We got the wrong code to enter, but the good news is someone is available to help by phone. We have stayed in this resort before. It's nice to be able to walk to the King/Queens shops or beach if desired. The pool was closed for half our stay but that's not the host's fault. We were so lucky to have been present when the volcano was active! I am always grateful when there are beach gear to borrow too.
