Stayed Jul 12, 2025Disappointed in the cleanliness of the home. The house is in need of attention. The bedding was so worn, the sheets ripped. I had to spend several hours cleaning the floors and other areas of the home. For the price, I expected cleanliness. The washing machine smelled of mildew, so washing my personal clothing was not available. If you charge the price I paid, I expected the bare minimum clean floors and decent sheets. Hopefully, this will change for the next family.

Stayed Oct 9, 2024We enjoyed this home and had a comfortable stay. This was some of families first time to florida and the home was relaxing and had plenty of space. We had a few hiccups with one room (bunk room) had a dirty bed with Cheeto crumbs. I would also recommend getting new pans for cooking as the ones provided were not in the best shape. We ended up buying two new pans and leaving them behind for others to use. Overall, it was a good vacation and we enjoyed our time.

Stayed Dec 29, 2023We stayed for the end of the year weekend, the house was beautiful, very comfortable and clean; close to the ocean, we watched the fireworks from the back porch. Can’t wait to come back in the summer for a longer stay.

Stayed Dec 22, 2023This was our first VRBO rental and I guarentee not the last. The location is beautiful. The house was perfect. It had all the comfort of home. We had 7 people for the weekend and never felt crowded. The customer service of the property manager was excellent. Highly recommend.
