Very conveniently located close to sequoia national park and shopping and gas. It was tricky to find the place so signage could be a bit bigger with a light on it specially if arriving after dusk. Great host and amenities.

We really liked the house, it was very clean and cozy. But I didn't like the smell of water, it was strange. But it is worth noting that there was a cooler with water. We used it.

The owner cancelled the reservation after was confirmed because somebody else needed the cabin for more days, then he talked to me about a second option without extra charge, but a couple of days previous the check in day he just canceled the reservation!! Terrible manager, don’t recommend renting with him!!

The cabin was cozy, had great views. It was only a mile from the venue where a friend was getting married. There was clearly good attention to detail put into making the cabin comfortable and providing the essentials to make for a relaxing stay. We got lost getting there, but it was because we missed the clear and detailed instructions the host had sent. Take time to read those. We missed them because there were several additional emails from VRBO and it pushed their message way back in the thread. Thankfully, the host got back to us right away and helped us find our way. It was a short trip, but we had a good time.

The cabin was well situated near the main road and walking distance to a local cafe and market. Very short drive to the park. The cabin was clean and warm and all appliances were in good working condition. The back porch was nice even though it was a bit cold, would be amazing in warmer months. The bathroom mirror with lights and defogger got oohs and ahs from the family.

Cute little place in Three Rivers. Easy access to Sequoia National Park as well as the cute town of Exeter and also Visalia. Owner was great with driving instructions which were very helpful as the place is off a main road and a little hard to spot in the dark. And boy, is it DARK! The house has automatic lights on the outside which are great but perhaps a motion activated flood light where you park your car would be a great addition! We arrived in daylight but as the sun sets so early now, when we left to go to the store as I said, it's pitch black! Hard to determine the driveway path. That's my only fault. The house is clean and cozy! Really appreciated that they had the heater on when we arrived because it was cold! Nice little snacks available and coffee pods too. Also loved that they suggested purchasing the entrance fee for the National Park ahead of time via our welcome email. That was a great tip!

Great cabin for a family of 4 to stay comfortably. The place was clean, also the bedsheets and towels. It had plenty of pot/pans, and kitchen supplies to cook all our meals. Quiet AC/Heater system. Close to a nice lake and to the Sequoia National Park. We had a great time. Easy communication with the host.

We stayed here for two days while visiting Sequioa and Kings Canyon. The location is great, only a few minutes to the Sequoia entrance. The cabin was clean and felt like a home away from home. Mark is great getting back to you when messaged. Will definitely look foward to this property if we ever go back to visit the area.

This is our first time to visit Sequioa National Park and wanted to stay in a cabin so we can cook, get more privacy and do as we please without disturbing anyone and we chose this cabin. We had a great stay! From the moment we arrived, we knew we're getting what we wanted and grilled dinner right away!It has all you need to get a good night sleep after hiking the park. It's close to the grocery store, some restaurants and the recreational park which we visited on our first day too. It's like living in a farm land where a deer, a couple of rabbits, plenty of squirrels, turkeys and other birds roam freely - we loved it! Another plus is there's a horse farm nearby that we enjoyed going to and watching the horses play every afternoon too!

We really liked how close this was to Sequoia National Park. The house was perfect for 2 adults. It was very cute and clean. I REALLY enjoyed watching the wildlife on the property, you could always see some type of critter when looking out a window. We saw quail, turkey, rabbits, squirrels, and dear during our 2 night stay. The hosts were also very helpful and responsive!

This cabin was perfect for our time visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon. The place was clean and spacious and had everything we needed in terms of utilities. The hosts were great and provided very detailed instructions on how to find the place. Everything was cozy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here as a home base for the national parks! I would stay here again.

We mostly enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and clean and quite cool, all very important requirements on our part. Now, the not so good. The location while easy to find was in the middle of a field and not very visually appealing. The water had a slight sulfur smell to it both from the kitchen and the bathroom. There were also a few flies that were slightly bothersome to us. All in all, though I would probably stay here again.

There were some positives, and some negatives. Positives: Cleanliness, good wi-fi, close to Sequoia/KIngs Canyon area, close to townNegatives: Hot water isn't hot, only lukewarm and takes a good 5 minutes or more of running to become lukewarm, address listing is wrong (listed as 40711, when it's actually 40730) which made finding the place most difficult, bed is somewhat uncomfortable (a mattress topper would have helped a lot), no toaster, punch in lock didn't work properly. I will say that none of the negatives were deal-breakers, just very awkward and could have been improved. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed our stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Bears Eye View after a long day exploring Sequoia National Park. We were so tired and hot and dusty and it was great to have a nice space to get cleaned up and relax. We had to push on first thing in the morning so were unable to explore the property.
