Enjoy this spacious 3-bedroom home, on a large lot overlooking Bear Lake. Lake Michigan, Arcadia Bluffs Golf Course, and Crystal Mountain Resort are 7 miles away. The Lake is just across the street, and the home boasts large views of the lake and the beautiful sunsets.

The home has wonderful old charm and is decorated 1920's style to match the period it was built. It has a large Outdoor Deck, Fire Pit, and Spacious Lawn for all your outdoor activities. The ornate interior features3 private bedrooms that have 1 king bed, and 2 full beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. All the sleeping areas have ceiling fans and window AC units. There is an additional space with a cozy queen size sofa bed for extra comfort as a 4th sleeping area. There are 2 full bathrooms equipped with towels and hair dryers, guests can freshen up with ease. One of the two living rooms has the queen size sofa bed. The main living area is cooled with two mini split AC units. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and pans to cook your holiday dinner, and there is even a fancy dinning set in the china cabinet for a service of 12. The large refrigerator does have an ice maker. This home has air conditioning, but it is a lake house built for airflow to cool the home. The home gets a nice breeze from the lake during the summer to keep things cool. There is plenty of parking for all the guests as well as room for boat and trailer parking. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Bear Lake and the Bear Lake Garden House has to offer.

This home is within walking distance of a gas station, grocery store, shops and restaurants. Just across the street is the public swim beach, city park, playground, boat launch and Hopkins Park Campground. We are a 7 min drive away from Lake Michigan, and 10 minutes away from the beginning of wine tasting, and surrounded by multiple golf courses for those golf enthusiasts.

This home was absolutely beautiful and so clean. It had all of the essentials needed and more to have wonderful stay. I fell in love with the frog on the window sill going up the stairs and the gorgeous China cabinet. The cookware was fabulous and I’m already looming for one to buy. Beautiful Beat Lake is right across the street. Highly recommend this gorgeous home.
