Beachy Townhome Perfect for a Warm Getaway!

The place was really nice and the location was good too. The property itself was what we were looking for. Our stay was relaxing and the weather was perfect. Megan was super responsive.

We enjoyed our stay. The townhome was very clean and location was great.

This was the perfect spot for a quick getaway. The area was super quiet. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the patio by the plunge pool where we were greeted by the iguanas. My kiddos got a kick out of that. The house was very clean. My only complaint was the bathrooms were very tiny but we made do just fine. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Great place!

This was a great stay! Good layout for our group with 2 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms upstairs, and a really convenient half bath downstairs which a lot of other units here don’t have. The splash pool was a a nice bonus.

House lacks kitchen necessities and bedroom amenities to make stay more comfortable. Bathrooms are very small. Host was very pleasant and immediately responsive.

Wonderful townhome in a great location! Perfect for our family of 4 with easy access to all the keys have to offer. Host was very responsive quickly! We will be back!

Megan was an incredible host and her townhome was amazing!! It was perfect for a Florida keys getaway! Megan’s communication was spot on which we appreciated! We are coming back next year and staying in this lovely townhome again! Our first trip to the keys was everything and more then we could ever ask for with amazing accommodations.

Great stay. Having the hot tub right outside the backdoor was a bonus!

The host was gracious and welcoming. The place was perfect location to explore the middle keys. We loved the private patio and enjoyed riding our bikes around the community. The beds were great and kitchen had everything we needed. We will be back. Thank you.

Our host Megan was excellent & responsive in assisting with instructions. However, The Villa was at best good but not great as expected for a Duck Key location. No basic seasoning, beds were creaky & basic at best. Cheap dish soap, pots & pans, etc. no dishwasher pods…just underwhelming. The hot tub was great but the villa back yard was tired & in need of a bit of an update. We were not expecting a 5 star environment but the photos make it seem that way.

We had an amazing time at Megan's townhome! Check-in was easy, everything was clean, and the splash pool was perfect spot to catch some R&R. Megan was a gracious host and was very responsive. We highly recommend for your home base in the Keys!

Everything was great and great communication with Megan. Everything was excellent. If I have to say anything critical, it would have been nice to have better beach chairs and there was only one role of paper towels. But everything else was top notch. Very clean, very comfortable and a great location. We signed up for a membership at the Dolphin Research Center so we could go there every day.

Our Host were great! I contacted them a few times and Megan got back to me within minutes. The place was wonderful and would stay there again. One of the best things is the location. You are right between Key West and Key Largo so depending what you want to do. You have a short drive. It's a lovely space to relax in. Enjoy

What a fantastic property to stay in! We celebrated my fiance's 40th birthday in the Keys and the Lucky Duck was a perfect spot. Will definitely be returning!
