Great location to the beach!

Nice manager & location. A/C was broken unfortunately and it got up to 80 in the house- they came and fixed it within a few hours.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this property but beyond the property I am even more disappointed in the company renting this property. Upon arriving to the house we came across a handful of small issues that I could try to look past and just be mindful that we wouldn’t stay here again but unfortunately we ended up having a major issue the was not handled properly. While cooking meals in this property I came across multiple dishes that were clearly dirty with food left on them. The first time, I washed the dishes and tried to move on but the second time I came across even more dirty dishes it was enough to not only gross me out entirely but become a major hazard for my one year old son. My child has multiple food allergies that we simply did not feel safe using their appliances and asked for a refund for the remainder of our trip. While initially calling the company they sounder eager to rectify the situation, they have since not issued a proper refund and will no longer respond to my messages. While they have given me a portion of my refund, they are still charging me for three nights instead of two, knowing that third night we had to find somewhere else to stay. It was very clear on the phone that the agreement was that we would happily pay the first two nights. It’s a very sad situation to be in as a parent of a child with allergies and to have a company not do the right thing. I would not recommend renting with this company nor staying at their properties.

The accommodations were very good. Cozy comfortable home with very good amenities and great location with close proximity to beach. The only improvement would be that it smelled somewhat moldy inside.

Great rental that has been newly renovated and perfectly decorated! Super quick walk to the beach, only a few blocks away. This rental has everything you need from beach chairs, towels, etc. to a fully stocked kitchen. I will definitely be staying again when we come back!

Communication with our host could not have been better. The house was very clean and newly remodeled. The location was excellent with an easy 2 min walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing time with our furry baby walking to the beach everyday, and wash off the sand on the deck and dry off in sun. Love the beach community everyone was friendly and met locals in the mornings with a cup of coffee at sin rise.

Loved the proximity to the beach and access to beach toys. While it isn’t super large, it is well designed and laying out and felt spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. Easy access to lots of restaurants.

Really an amazing house. We were impressed from the second we walked in. Welcoming music, super clean, great decor and amenities. Location was amazing, cant wait to come back.

Overall nice unit. Unfortunately it was 40 degrees for most of our stay and we couldn’t use any of the outdoor recreation items offered. It was a little chilly on the 1st floor but upstairs was fine. Appreciated the initial stock of shampoo, coffee, ect. Convenient location for shopping and access to highways.

We had a great time. The unit is beautifully decorated and maintained. The outdoor space is very comfortable and usable. It is also private and close to the beach. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach cart. We really liked the beach.

We stayed for 9 days while being treated at Mayo Clinic and I can’t imagine a better place to be. Only 8 minutes from Mayo, a very short and easy walk to the beach, shopping, & restaurants. The home itself was perfect with everything we could possibly need. A warm and wonderful respite during a tough time. Will be staying with the same hosts, who were incredibly responsive to any questions we had, in another of their properties for another month. Thank you Sue, Bart, & Jeff

Great indoor and outdoor environment. You can hear the ocean the second you open the door. Walkable to a ton of convenient amenities like Whole Foods that made our stay more affordable and enjoyable. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back!

We evacuated here from Hurricane Helene and it was so nice to be in a place where we didn't have to worry about anything on top of being anxious about our home. Thank you so much for providing some relief.

Booked for a few nights while I was visiting from out of town. Great location in a quiet, low key location. Blocks from beach access. Home was clean and set up nicely. Property manager was prompt to reply when I had questions. I would definitely recommend.

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights in July 2024. The unit was in great shape and was a great fit for our family.
