Relaxing location with the pond out back and view of bay out front!

We spent most of our time enjoying the beach or the two swimming pools, and were delighted by how calm and quiet Cape San Blas was. Since we preferred to cook most of our meals ourselves, it was also nice to have a great kitchen with all of the pots, pans, etc. that we needed. We spend plenty of time riding the bikes that we rented as well, and couldn't be happier with the overall experience. The owners were very welcoming, and were quick to answer our questions as they came up...WELL DONE!

This property really fit our needs. The playground, pickleball courts, and proximity to the beach were our main draws. We also enjoyed how close it was to the state park. Everything was clean and well-kept at the condo.

This home was as advertised. Communication with the property manager was great. She was very responsive. This home has been kept up well. The kitchen has everything we needed. We loved the area and had the best weather. The beds were a little hard and need updated as well as the screened in porch. We had the best trip!

We were so sad to leave and wish we could’ve stayed forever. The rental property itself was spacious, yet cozy for our family of 6. We were right across from the neighborhood playground and right around the corner from 1 of 2 community pools. We utilized both of these everyday. The second pool is right on the beach & was beautiful/ relaxing. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad either, especially with our complimentary rental gear credit. We also enjoyed all of the balconies at our townhome. We made great use of the main screened in space, and ate breakfast outside every morning. The beach itself was spectacular & we made memories we will cherish forever. The local environment of the Cape & Port St. Joe is one of charm & kindness. We fell in love with this area and decided we will be back every year. Truly a place that is embedded in our hearts & I recommend everyone visit!

The condo was great for our family of 4 but could have easily accommodated 6. An end unit in a quiet, dog-friendly neighborhood - the condo is tucked in behind the pond and steps from the playground. The pool is a quick walk away with the beach just beyond that. We visited the State Park multiple days in a row and was literally the first turn out of the neighborhood. It was absolutely gorgeous!The condo itself was very comfortable. Super soft mattresses and good fans for those inevitable sunburns. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the drive under parking was an added bonus for pulling the truck in and everyone hosing off - and staying in the shade.

This property was perfect for my family of four and dog. The description and pictures are accurate for the listing. The beach is a short walk and is beautiful! The property is also close to restaurants and general store. We would stay here again.

We have stayed all over the cape and with teenage boys and a granddaughter we love the flexibility of staying in Barrier Dunes. This VRBO was absolutely perfect for our family. Nice and close to the pool and park without being too far from the beach. The house was cute and very well stocked (not always a given). We will definitely be coming back.

The property in its entirety was well maintained & clean. It was a quiet & peaceful all hours of the day/night. I brought my 12yo son with me for a quick dip out toes in the sand before he's too cool to hang with mom anymore. It was a relief that I didn't have to worry about him being exposed to the party scene. The condo itself was adorable, VERY roomy & well furnished. Literally anything we needed was there. Communication was fantastic & any concerns were promptly addressed. I intentionally picked a place with a pool but didn't need it as the beaches were so clean & not crowded. We loved the screened in porch & having the pond in the backyard was a wonderful surprise. I'm already looking forward to my next stay.
