Beachside home with ocean view decks, WiFi, and washer/dryer

Perfect location, the house was clean and has a great layout.

It is a beautiful home with 3 very large bedrooms upstairs and a good size bedroom on the main level. The kitchen has a lot of counter space and is well equipped. The porches were great with wonderful views of the ocean and the marsh. The back porches are very private with no houses directly to the sides of the house. Kids enjoyed the circle and private road coming ip to the house for bike riding. The gated community was quiet without alot of traffic. We plan to stay here again next year!

Great location, spacious, lots of porches not always in the sun, great furniture, lots of towels, well appointed kitchen and beautiful views from master.

We have stayed here intermittently since 2001. In years past the home was pretty immaculate. This year we arrived to broken fixtures, a leaky roof, stained, worn furniture, and water damage to floors. There was also a non-functioning dishwasher that could not be repaired during our stay. The worst was the severe cockroach and water bug infestation. Even after the maintenance supervisor sprayed on Sunday and the nice pest control technician sprayed on Monday, we were still seeing live roaches in every room up until Friday when we left a day early. None of this was conducive to a peaceful, relaxing stay. The marsh views from this house are lovely. Unfortunately, we could not stay outside the whole time. Vacasa kindly gave us a generous refund. However, the owner of this home needs to invest some time, money, and TLC to restore it to its former pristine condition.

The view was amazing. House had good flow. Appliances did not work. Under the house was gross. Inside was set in 1980. Not kid friendly. 2 very small TV's.

Small television in Master BR maybe 15 inch. Downstairs TV not much larger maybe 32 with a rainy day during the week this wasn't good for the grandkids. Washing machine didn't always ring out clothes had to run an extra spin cycle. When it rained water was coming in around door and possibly window near dining room table. Looks like it has been for awhile the hardwoods are starting to warp in the area due to water damage. Over all very nice house. We would definitely stay at this house again.

We started staying in this home 10 years ago. The Items in the hone are nice, but need to be updated.
