The Space:

Make family memories by the beach! Our cozy 3BR, 2 full & 2 half bath home is just 1 block from the sand and close to great restaurants and fun for everyone. Relax in comfort with a spacious layout, a giant 100 4K TV for movie nights and surround sound, and a full kitchen for home-cooked meals. EV charger included. Airbnb’s guest service fee is already included in the price!



First Floor:

- Drop your bags!

- Half bath, shoe cubbies, cozy Murphy bed (queen-size), and access to the garage with EV charger.

- One garage spot + free street parking.



Living Room & Kitchen:

- Head upstairs to a bright open kitchen stocked with everything you need.

- High chair for little guests too!

- A comfy sectional with a pullout sofa, and balcony access for coffee mornings.

- Double full bunk beds with classic Super Nintendo + board games for family fun night

🚨Ocean City ordinance: The Mayor and City Council have adopted a Noise Control Ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of Mental Health and Hygiene of the State of Maryland , and that any guest causing or permitting these noise levels to be exceeded shall be subject to immediate removal or eviction.🚨
