Stayed Dec 11, 2025Great communication, amenities were perfect, warm and welcoming upon entering and during the entire stay (4night stay). Absolutely as described. We wanted for nothing and felt like we were right at home! Wonderful space to spend time w/family from cooking in the wonderfully designed kitchen to feeding a party of 10 at the dinning table to playing board games or relaxing and talking in front of the fireplace.

Stayed Oct 5, 2025The pictures do not do the property justice. The open floor plan, the high ceilings, and the pastel accent walls all leave you with a sense of calm the moment you walk in. The attention to detail is amazing (they labeled the light switches!). The hosts were friendly and communicative, and fun to interact with. If the TV show character Frasier Crane had a lake house, it would be decorated just like this. Classy and modern and a bit whimsical. If you come to Sheboygan, this is THE place to stay. I know we will be back soon.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025We absolutely loved staying at Rose & Ferns. The house was so charming. The beds were super comfy. I even ordered the sheets we slept on. The house was so convenient for the beach and walking to downtown. Jeremy is very responsive to any questions I asked. Highly recommend staying here.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024We loved our visit! We knew we wanted to visit Wisconsin by Lake Michigan as part of our trip from Dallas, and I picked Sheboygan. It's a beautiful house and a charming town. You're steps from the lake with walking and biking trails and a beach! The house has everything and the host is great.

Stayed Jun 30, 2024We enjoyed a couple's getaway with friends to celebrate a 50th birthday. The home appeared to be recently renovated from top to bottom with unique design elements that made the home feel very luxurious. It had everything we needed for us to enjoy our stay. Sheyboygan had the rest. Great food, Great parks and Great exploring.
