Newly renovated 1904 home in prime location. Remodeled kitchen and baths, gorgeous woodwork and floors, off-street parking. Full of original work (some for sale) from regional artists, cozy rugs, and a fun mix of mid-century and antique furniture. Stroll to downtown Sheboygan's Farmer's Market, stores, coffee shops and restaurants, the Kohler Art Center, and the beach. Or just relax on the front porch. We are also happy to share local tips including how to grill the area's famous brats.
r>You will have plenty of space to hang out together or find your own private nook at the 515 Guesthouse and Gallery. An elegant Master Suite with a King bed features a large, lovely bathroom with custom cabinets, Kohler plumbing fixtures, and a heated tile floor. Two other bedrooms with Queen beds share a bathroom with custom-made tiles, a pedestal sink, and a shower-tub combo. Downstairs Den can be used as a cozy reading room or an extra bedroom with a high-end, comfortable (truly) single sofa sleeper and a pocket door for privacy. First floor also features a half bath, a gracious foyer, and a light and airy family room that connects to a new kitchen with an expandable table for games and family meals. The house combines the charm of another era with modern comforts like central air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep you cool, though usually the breezes from the lake just down the hill suffice. The wide front porch is a great place to sit in a rocker and watch the world go by. The neighborhood is amazingly quiet for being in the center of things. On one side is the owner, and on the other beyond the grassy lawn is a historic church with a belfry and stained glass windows that light up at night. This lovely property is unique in all the best ways - a perfect base for exploring Sheboygan and all that the area has to offer.

It's 515 Somewhere also doubles as a showcase for artists so there is always new and interesting art on the walls, much of it for sale. We have spent the past years restoring this 1904 Foursquare, and ask that you help us preserve its wood floors for another 100 years by removing your shoes if they are wet or muddy or have high heels or cleats. We are excited to share 515 with you!

After booking your reservation, you will receive a notification and link to complete our Rental Agreement, confirming the terms and conditions of your stay at 515, as well as a refundable security deposit, which you will be able to execute and set up digitally.

We stayed here for a long weekend with friends, and I cannot count the number of times one of us said, This is the nicest vacation home we have ever stayed in. The house was beautiful and they had very nice amenities - great sheets and pillows, nice plates and glasses, solid coffee options. And the location is excellent - you can walk to the lake or downtown for fantastic food at Stefanos or Legend Larrys. Can't wait to come back!

Everything was as advertised, stayed with ny family of 4 and my 2 parents. Wonderful house that accomodated all of us comfortably, and house rules were reasonable. I would stay again.

The house & property are so nice! A beautiful home and quiet location, a short walk to either the beach or downtown. We found the house very comfortable for our family and near enough to Oshkosh for two day-trips to EAA Airventure.

This property was perfect for four men on a golf trip to Kohler. One did have to sleep on the pull out, but it was in its own room and was super comfortable. Location was walkable to downtown restaurants and to the lakefront, and only a 15 minute drive to many golf courses. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee bar was provided. Would definitely stay again.

Three of us came in for a place to stay during the IndyCar race just looking for the basics, but found this place to be exceptional shape, better than my own home in terms of decor, materials, and in the details. It was a very hot weekend and the air conditioning worked very well and the place was so well stocked we found there was nothing we needed to provide. I would consider renting again as the owners have thought of all details. Definitely will rent the place again if I come up to the race.

This is a beautifully restored house that is extremely warm and welcoming. The kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home whether you want to cook or just have coffee. The master bath is beautiful! Plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The artwork on display adds a special touch too. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and walking down to the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

This property is amazing! My sisters and our husbands traveled from out of state to meet family at a race event at nearby Road America. We'd never been to Sheboygan before. This home is perfectly located near everything! Perched on top of hill in an amazingly quiet, historic neighborhood, it is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Road America was a quick drive away. The house itself is an historic showpiece; with all original woodwork and details, immaculately renovated with timeless and modern features. It is gorgeously old without feeling old. The house is packed with local art, giving it a fun vibe. It was spotless. All of the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas are very large and completely stocked, all spotlessly clean. Even the parking area was spotless! There was ample toilet paper, coffee, sugars, creamer- there were even to-go coffee cups provided! We lacked for nothing. Ted was a great host and provided us with restaurant recommendations. Breakfast at Field to Fork was fantastic. If you can't tell, we had a fantastic time and the house made the stay all the more fantastic. Highly recommend this one.

We stayed here during a race weekend at Road America (20 minute drive). The house was very comfortable and the artwork throughout was a big plus for us. It was a joy to stay in such a lovingly restored house with modern touches such as a large glass-enclosed shower in the en-suite bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!

House was incredible. Plenty of room for all 6 guests. Beautiful furnishings and well equipped with everything you could need. Excellent location. 2 blocks through a beautiful historical district to the beach. Just a few block the other direction to a great assortment of local restaurants, shops and parks. Ted did a great job making us feel at home and gave some good recommendations on dinners. It was still warm enough outside that we were able to rent bikes and ride around town. A great town complimented with a great place to stay.

The only thing lovelier than the house was our host, Ted. He had a list of activities we would be interested in waiting on our arrival. You can tell how much Ted loves this house. The house is updated with higher end appliances while keeping the historic charm. The fascinating artwork throughout the house something to take the time to look at. The location is perfection. A short walk to the beach or up to the park for the Farmer's Market. Very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and spotless from top to bottom makes this house a must rent. We hope to be back nect summer!

My mom, sister and I stayed here for 3 nights for a relaxing weekend of being disconnected. This home was perfect for what we wanted. Its absolutely beautiful, full of character (and fantastic art), cozy and super clean. Our 2nd night it stormed all evening and we loved being able to sit out on the huge front porch, sipping wine and watching the rain. The owners live next door and bundled up in rain coats and stopped over to visit for a couple minutes while we were hanging out on the porch. Very pleasant people, welcoming and kind. The rooms are spacious, plenty of bathroom space (phenomenal shower in the master!), and lots of lounging areas. The kitchen was perfect as well and had everything we needed to stay in and cook. Beds were super comfy too! We had absolutely no issues throughout our stay and truly enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend!
