Spotless and fantastic location close to everything in Naples!

Very spacious and comfortable in a great location

The living spaces were very comfortable and the location. The dishwasher has rusted dish trays really needs to be replaced.

My family and I vacation in Naples every year to visit family and spend time at the beach and this is the best place we’ve stayed at yet. The home is beautiful and it is just minutes from beach. The host quickly responded to messages. We needed to extend our vacation a couple days due to some family issues and the host quickly responded to the request and was able to accommodate the additional days. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to spend time in the area. We will looking to stay again next year.

This was such a wonderful place to stay. We loved every minute. There were thoughtful details that we really appreciated - shampoo/conditioner, charging cords, laundry basket and pods, beach towels, and more. We didn’t need a thing! Beds were so comfortable and clean and the furniture was new. We could have stayed longer. The walk to the beach isn’t too bad - 6 blocks. We had family in Naples so we didn’t need to explore the beach access there, but all the beaches in Naples are beautiful. The only downside to this condo was that the kitchen appliances were in sad shape. A new dishwasher and stove and this would easily be a 5-star stay! But the refrigerator is new and the laundry machines are standard workhorses that clean well. So overall a great place to stay for vacation!

We loved our stay and plan to return. The kids were very comfortable and slept well all trip! Great location and amazingly kind neighbor.

Overall nice place. Had a few concerns but most were resolved. Wish there was a garage. Would have been nice to have salt, pepper, etc the coffee filters were the wrong size.

Nice place not far from the beach

Location of property was convenient to the conference we attended and within 10 mins away from everywhere we needed to go. Owners were responsive. Property appeared clean but, upon further inspection, there were bugs in both bathrooms, including a cockroach. We were barely there, except to sleep and didn't have time to look at other rentals because of our hectic work schedule. I notified the owners, who responded that they were there the day before but, I don't know how they could've been and missed that many bugs. I provided pics and they were surprised but, did nothing about it and charged us full price anyway. I would not consider this property to rent again. Disappointed, to say the least.

We were visiting family in the area so really only used the home to sleep. Great location and clean.

Simple old school Naples home. All the basics and very clean. The Moorings is where you want to be. It’s a duplex but built so well we never heard anything. Wonderful mattresses, great floor plan. The only thing we missed was a more private place to sit outside. Thanks to owner and agent for a perfectly lovely stay.

House was clean and modern. Walkable to the beach if you don't mind walking a mile. Easy to uber if not walking. Liked the open concept layout. Way better than getting a couple of hotel rooms.
