Beachfront Townhome on 30A in Sea Haunts Santa Rosa Beach - Pool & Pvt Boardwalk

Really loved our stay. Our host let us check in early as our plans changed a tad timing wise. They were super quick and responsive to any questions I had during our stay. The beach was beautiful and the community felt very safe and secured. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate my mom’s 60th bday! The area itself is perfect for families - close enough to Destin for outings but far enough away to be able to slow down and not worry about the hustle and bustle of a bigger town. Also close to seaside for fun shopping. We were a little hesitant due to the price as we usually tend to swing more towards the cheaper side and spend more on the outings, BUT the price is 100% worth it. We will definitely be returning!

I love the location of this property. Easy distance to the beach, pool and to town. Also the balcony view was amazing! We walked to town for dinner or lunch everyday. We had 5 adults 4 kids and we were all very comfortable. The kids especially loved the double bunk room. It was a relaxing healing week for my family and we plan to book again.

Comfortable accommodations on a beautiful stretch of the beach. Stunning views and easy access to the beach made this a great visit to Santa Rosa Beach!

This was the perfect location - right on the beach and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Lisa was a great host and very responsive to my messages. We had plenty of room for our group.

While we enjoyed the location and easy beach access, this unit was very dirty. Sticky floors, dust bunnies and dirt, etc. under beds, in closets, and on all baseboards. The basement bathroom had a moldy shower curtain, along with mold around the shower head and knob. A good deep cleaning would go far. One other small complaint is there were no plastic cups in the kitchen, which is a necessity for small children, made us nervous having them drink out of glass cups all week.

The host was great and the property was perfect. The beach was just steps away and never too crowded. Great location to walk to multiple restaurants and shops.

Great property right at the beach. Everyone loved it. Easy walk to Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar and other restaurants. Couldn’t be happier dealing with and getting answers to our questions from our host, Lisa Gable. Best family vacation, hands down.

The townhome is located on a private beach within a gated community. The home is on three levels with panoramic views from the top two decks. There is an eating area on the middle deck. House is very well equipped and there are plenty of beach chairs and beach toys which is an added bonus. Beds are comfortable and kitchen well equipped. There is a community pool and hot tub very close. The home is almost on the beach - a very short walk (1min) down some steps to the sand. A short walk along the beach to a couple of great restaurants and shops. Seaside is about a 10 minute drive and worth the visit. Enjoy the food trucks! Rosemary also worth a visit but we were much happier to be at Santa Rosa where the beach was less crowded and the vibe more laid back! We rented bikes but probably wouldn't repeat as its mainly along the side of the mainroad! Easy to get supplies from Publix or Walmart which are about 10 minutes away. The beach is gorgeous - calm and clear water most of the time and despite a hurricane about 400 miles away we were able to sit on the beach every day! Kids met lots of other kids on the beach. Some of our family flew into Panama City and took an Uber which was very convenient! The Uber even picked them up at 5am for an early flight and was around $55. Recommend taking some beach shade-umbrella or portable Cabana and a cooler! We saw some people with wagons but they had to be carried down about 10 steps.
