Wonderful family accomadations.The only negative comment would be lots of steep stairs, needed to rent baby gates, which customer services were excellent in information on rental.Had everything needed in the kitchen and needs of comfort.Would stay there again.

Perfect place for a girlfriends beach getaway!

We had a great time on vacation! Pros: - Very comfortable mattresses! - Great views-- 3 beach balconies, one on main floor and one in each master bedroom. There's also another balcony facing parking lot off the kitchen, and a large porch as well. All balconies had plenty of seating. - Great and easy access to the beach. Beach was clean and not too crowded. - The pool was lovely. Big and had both shallow (2-3ft) and deep (6ft) end. It did get crowded at times but not too bad. - Kitchen was large and had almost everything we needed for cooking. Table had room for 6 and a few more stools at the counter so we always had enough room to eat. Ceilings are high and it felt like a lot of space. - Bathrooms were large with plenty of space. - There was a lot of helpful extras around, like hand soaps, laundry/dish detergent, a laundry basket, dish soap, sponges, etc. - Enough parking for 3 cars, 2 under the unit and one in a close parking lot. Cons: - Place definitely could have been cleaner, especially the floors. There was also sand in one of the kid beds. - The couches in the living room are on their last legs. - This place has a lot of stairs. 1 flight to get in the place, another flight to get to the main floor, and then a third flight to one of the bedrooms. There's also stairs to get to the beach. Not an issue for us but something to consider for people with mobility issues.

We absolutely loved this condo and the location is spot on! We had a baby sea turtles nest directly below us and they HATCHED while we were there! Amazing! We saw dolphins too! The sunrise was gorgeous, the full moon was spectacular. Especially since it was a harvest moon. Despite the tropical storm our first few days, we were nit disappointed one bit! This would be our absolute go to place if pets were allowed as we'd love to bring our girl. We would consider buying this condo! You won't be disappointed! Even all the steps were doable and we all have horrible knees. Thank you so much!

This property was directly on the ocean which was wonderful, however, it needs to be updated with new couches and more seating. The beds were very comfortable. Overall our girl's trip was fun .

Fabulous place right at the beach with 2 levels ! Perfect for family’s with kids ! Clean, comfortable beds excellent wifi! Will stay there again ? Jutta

Rental was good, great location. But there were fewer parking passes than advertised. The unit was fairly clean but there are a limited number of towels, especially for the kitchen. There was a tripped breaker that i had to fix for the master bath, but the property manager talked me through it ..boverall i would rent here again.

When we arrived there was no parking pass or amenity pass (to give us pool access). We contacted Vacasa multiple times about this, desperately trying to gain pool access. Every time their response would be that they are trying to contact their local team but can’t get a hold of anyone. We checked in on a Monday. By 3:30 pm Wednesday we received a pool fob. However it did not work. Again we played the game of constant calls trying to get someone to help us. Finally at 11:55 am on Friday we received a pool fob that worked. We left Sunday morning. Currently we are still trying to receive compensation for all the time we did not have pool access and the amount of time we spent wasted on the phone with Vacasa trying to get someone to help us. Also, the dishwasher had a puddle of water in the bottom. We attempted to run it several times but it never worked. We had to go to the store to buy dish soap because there was none available in the house and that was the only way to clean dishes. We would’ve liked to have that fixed but obviously pool access was our biggest concern. We had 3 adults and 4 kids but only 5 bath towels. I would’ve thought that 7 towels would have been the minimum amount that were left in the house considering 7 people total were listed as staying. Again, with it being so hard to get a hold of anyone, we didn’t even attempt to try to get more linen. We shouldn’t have to fight for what we paid thousands of dollars for.

We enjoyed this property so much! Definitely will book again if the opportunity arises.
