Directly across the road from the famous Maunganui Beach and a short stroll to the restaurants and shops on Maunganui Road, this is the perfect base to explore all that Mount has to offer. The home has new furniture throughout and is an idyllic base to leave the car at home and relax.

The space
This spacious 3-level townhouse sits one home back on the prime Mount Manganui street Marine Parade and has plenty of room for all the family. The spacious open plan living area has a large wrap-around deck with outdoor dining and lounging where you can make the most of ocean views.

First Floor –
Bedroom 2 - Master double bedroom with ensuite and spa bath.
Bedroom 3 - Large double bedroom which also has a small living area and kitchenette (ideal for a small family). This room has its own balcony with outdoor seating and beautiful sea views

Separate family bathroom.

Second Floor –
Open plan kitchen, dining and living area.
The large wrap-around balcony has outdoor dining and seating to enjoy the sea views over the Mount Beach to the northeast.

The location was great and the place was very tidy and had all the necessary items. It was great to have 4 bathrooms too which is helpful when you have young children. We will be keen to stay here again next time we are back in Tauranga.
