Beachfront on Indian Lake! Sandy beach, dock, family and pet friendly!

We enjoyed perfect late summer weather at the lake. The view is extremely relaxing and makes for a great vacation.Lots of places to sit outside. We even enjoyed the canoe and kayak.

Everything was great. House has everything you need. Location is close to shopping, Restaurants and great parks.

Very nice home - the owner was always prompt in answering questions. Pet friendly was a huge plus as well as using the canoe everyday.Downside, it is extremely HOT and no air conditioners - only 3 fans, one of which barely worked, Downside - the small appliances in the kitchen, ie toaster, pans, I would not use as their appearance was total filth along with the shelving looked like and smelled horrid.We left three days early due to no air conditioning .

As always, this was a great place to stay. Check-in was super easy and Tracy contacted us to make sure we were settled in. The house is always very clean when we check in and communicating with Tracy is so easy. She is VERY responsive, kind, and has great recommendations for local restuarants and ICE CREAM. We are repeat guests and will continue to be for a long time. You can't beat life on the lake with only a very short trip to the beach! I highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, peaceful lake. The house was clean and comfortable and so close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect for our small family.

It was a wonderful relaxing vacation! The large deck that over looks the lake was a wonderful spot to have your morning coffee and eat dinner while watching the amazing sunsets! Enjoyed swimming in the lake every day and catching up on reading sitting in the Adirondack chairs on the dock.

The stay was fantastic. The house was perfect, well equipped with everything we needed and the best location. The house is less than 15 minutes from the Restaurant, shopping and hiking trails. The sunsets were beautiful every evening.

The property was perfect for a getaway with our dog. Property is exactly as listed. Location could not be beat. We had a great week!

4th year coming to the lake house and another great stay! Our family looks forward to this vacation every year, even the dog! Tracy is always accommodating and gets back to you quickly! Weather did not cooperate but we were still able to enjoy the lake and restaurants! Already looking forward to next year!

We had a lovely week at this charming lake cottage. Though it is on the petite side, the owner has made wonderful and efficient use of all the available space. The deck, dock and lake make this spot exceptional. We loved the views, the boats and the peacefulness of being on the water.

Perfect location! And Tracy, our host couldn’t have been kinder, more communicative, or more accommodating! We had a wonderful, relaxing time!

We have been spending our vacations at this property for many years and we always have a great time! Lots of great fishing and lots to do in the area. Tracy is an excellent host as well and we feel fortunate that she has opened up her property for us to make many special family memories there.

I was super impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was from a tools and appliances standpoint! Lots of towels available for beach and showers and we appreciated being able to dine outdoors with plastic ware as well. Really cute home, and my pups loved that they can walk into the water and still be leashed to trees nearby. Guests need to really read the amenities available. There are absolutely no spices, cooking oil, flour, coffee etc available so be aware you must bring everything including shampoo and conditioner — this isn’t a complaint as none were promised, just a heads up. Another caution if you have dogs is to bring 2 baby gates to close off the deck, and be aware the property is right next to the resident’s beach and dock so lots of visitors (my dogs barked and barked so kept them inside much of the time). Also, you are expected to bring the very large recycling and trash barrels to the street. As a 66 year old five foot tall woman, I struggled getting them over the 12” concrete retaining wall. Would hope the owners consider hiring someone to bring out the bins .
