Beachfront, Incredible Views and Sunsets, Ping Pong Basement, Large Fenced Yard

Its the view. The terrific view. I didn't realize until now that it was the view all along. Nicer than home. Great bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining room all with the lovely view. Quiet neighborhood. Walk down the beach to the carousel. Close to Newport with the Mansions and the ocean beaches and the Cliff Walk. Surprisingly close to Providence - Surprised by the interesting architecture of Brown University. Surprised by the RISD Museum Make Tacos Not War. Surprised by Italian restaurants in Federal Hill, just minutes away. Surprised by coffee milk. Surprised by Olneyville Hit Dogs. Surprised by Rhode Island Clam Chowder.

Great house! Amazing kitchen with an excellent view of the river.

Beautiful property, incredible views, great location

Our college aged kids met us in Rhode Island for a fun week of catching up as we are now spread throughout the US. This comfortable house offered a private and peaceful setting with a beautiful view of the massive river, easy to get to, good restaurant options and a well stocked kitchen. The dining area with tons of windows was fun for family games and great conversation. We hope to return!

Home was easily accessible to Downtown Providence as well as day trips to Newport, Bristol, etc. Property improvements like kitchen & Master BR/bath were well received. Fully stocked kitchen. Future improvements, like outdoor deck, would add a lot. Personal decor, books & games, while helpful, reminded us we weren't in a generic rental, but in someone's home.

Our family stay was superb, the location is close to so many exciting attractions. We were in the area for a wedding and the house did away with any stress. The kids were well taken care of and safe. The owner was an absolute pleasure to work with, i would recommend this property highly.

My wife and I rented this house for two reasons: it was close to Providence where my son and granddaughter live, and it was on the water. The photos of the house and views looked terrific but as experienced vacation home renters we knew that you never know until you get there. From the moment we walked through the door, everything exceeded our expectations . The house has a large living room with cozy, comfortable couches and chairs. The kitchen is spacious, wonderfully designed and has all the gizmos to make a cook happy, The dining room is an enclosed porch room with large windows looking out over a small beach and and estuary that leads into the Providence river. It faces west into terrific sunsets, The bedrooms are large and very comfortable. Everything is new and modern. Yet it has an easy, lived in feel. Riverside is a sweet, quiet little town. Even though it’s 15 minutes from Providence it has very little traffic. Supermarkets and convenience stores are minutes away and there’s a terrific farm stand 20 minutes away. It’s close to Barrington, Warren and Bristol all with wonderful small beaches and great seafood. Jen is the best host I’ve come across. She makes sure the house is in perfect shape, gets back to you immediately when you have questions or concerns and has put together a terrific house handbook. I can go on but you get the idea. Needless to say, we’ll be back

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The house was immaculate and well stocked. We appreciated the comfortable beds, comfortable seating for tv watching, and the breathtaking views from almost every room. There is a bike path nearby for walking or riding and walks at sunset on the beach we’re a high light. Jennifer went out of her way to accommodate our needs and was lovely to deal with.

Our family enjoyed a week full of relaxation, family bonding, walks on the sand, fishing and playing in the backyard. The home was spacious enough for the 6 of us. Will keep this beautiful location in mind for the future :)
