Absolutely loved this house. Hot tub at night, watching the sun set over the ocean. Table tennis, games. Absolutely a blast get away for the wife and I.

Great location...house needs a deep clean and maintenance

We came into town with three families, with kids ranging in ages from 5-14. We loved the house - it was January but the oceanfront views did not disappoint. Photo is a view from the living room during sunrise. The owner was quick to reply and everything was exactly as described. Would happily go back and stay again!

North Topsail Beach is a beautiful, quiet stretch of beach, with great shelling, especially if you like sea glass. The house was well equipped. As the listing states, there is starter supplies for paper towel and TP, so if your stay is more than a couple days, will need to supply your own. The included private yoga session was such a treat; the instructor came directly to the house so we could do yoga right on the beach in front of the house. The elevator was a great plus, in good working condition and reached all four floors. Check out the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue in nearby Surf City (reservations needed), and the Andrew's Produce farm stand on Topsail on Island Dr. All kinds of fresh products, including herbs, honey, jams, etc.We did have some issues with the hot tub and overall cleanliness and maintenance, but Abbie addressed these issues. She was very helpful and responsive to any of our questions.

First time we have stayed this far North but we liked it and the house was great.

Great beach location for rest and relaxation

This was a great space for our family of 7 for spring break. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and the local sites.

This house was very nice to stay in while we were visiting NC. Some updates are needed, but the view is amazing!!!! The neighbors were very friendly. Great house to bring family!

It’s a great location right on the beach and you can see the sunrise from the back two bedroom’s windows, which was a nice feature. I was a little surprised to find out that it was a duplex, but there was no one there next door while we were there so it was not an issue. The elevator is a helpful addition. The house is showing its age, however, but overall we enjoyed our stay there. .

Nice house, in a good location.

We loved our stay at this awesome house it feels like home and is well appointed in every way. The beds are comfy and there’s plenty to do. One thing to consider is the living/dining space to bedroom ratio might make things a little cramped if you have multiple families staying there but otherwise it’s a great place for a bunch of people or just a small family. The host is very nice and easy to communicate with.

It was wonderful! We are beach people from way back, although we live far inland. When the tide was too high for the beach, you can sit on your deck and you can listen to the waves crashing and see the pelicans, blinding and smell the salt air, and you are in heaven! Place had everything we needed. Abi is a charming hostess. We came here before the hurricane Helene hit our mountain village of Hendersonville and we were reluctant to go home until we could get up the mountain to our home. Abi was so kind to find us another day here and get us another place to stay when this day is over. She is such a lovely person. I hope to meet her someday! We will definitely come back next year.

Had a great time with multigenerational family here- kids/teen loved the game room and beach toys and adults loved the balconies and beach views- our 84 year old dad appreciated the reverie access. Lovely place and overall experience.

We had a great multi family vacation here. The beach is not as crowded and we found plenty of shark teeth! The game room was fun when the kids needed a break from the sun.
