Beachfront home with pool, private hot tub, beach access & lovely views

The home accommodated our family of 12 nicely. The home was not near a public access and had its own walkway to the beach, which was very convenient.

The location of the house is great. The house could be great but NEEDS some serious TLC. The deck is just all around dangerous- everyone got so many splinters bc it’s in such bad shape. Several of us were cut by rusty nails and I had one break off into my foot. The hot tub was gross when we got there and had to be cleaned. The floors need to be seriously cleaned. After only being there for an hour our feet were black on the bottoms. It’s fine if you don't want to invest in the property but don’t rent it out then. I’ve seen reviews going back to 2020 saying how bad the deck is and still no one is doing anything about it. At one point we were trying to hammer nails down bc so many were just sticking up all over the place.Also we removed the sheets like we’re supposed to before check out and the bed cover underneath that doesn’t get removed had gross stains and blood… so that was super gross to see especially knowing that doesn’t get taken off and cleaned regularly.

We rented with two families, and had a great trip! The house was spacious and well laid out, clean, nicely decorated and had almost every kitchen item you would need. Be aware it is a lot of up and down stairs, more than you think from the photos to the beach, our older guests had a hard time. Also note, there are no beach chairs, umbrellas etc, so bring anything you want for the beach. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all, we even saw sea turtles hatching one night! The king beds mattresses and pillows were not very comfortable and probably at end of life, but it was nice that every bedroom has direct access to a bathroom and porch. The house has lots of games and books, but no Wii console as stated in the amenities. Also do not walk around the yard barefoot, there are cactus type plants in the yard, 3 kids got long needles in n their feet. Overall very relaxing and well equipped house for a multi-family beach trip. Thanks!

We had an awesome family week in this amazing and tidy home. We had everything we needed and everything thing was super clean! Would definitely stay here again!

Loved everything about the home. Had such a great time with the family and this home made us feel so comfortable.

Overall the house was good with a Great view! We had an issue with the kitchen sink pipe bursting and it took 36 hours to get a tech there…. The fridge was warm on arrival and we had to wait 12+ hours for it to cool down. The initial code to entry didn’t work, but they were quick to respond! Otherwise no complaints. The positives- lots of room, kitchen well stocked, the view, location of home, bedrooms/bathrooms were good. Hot tub was nice!

Loved the location of the home, and the price. Deck needs updating, but we had a great family trip.

If you’re looking for a vacation home full of surprises, look no further. When we walked into this home, the floors were so dirty that our socks turned black and there was visible food all over the top floor. When we turned the ceiling fans on, dust went all over the beds, and the overall state of the home was much less appealing than photos. The furniture in the living room is dilapidated and uncomfortable, the garbage cans are duct taped together, and the dishes and refrigerator shelves are super glued back together. There are nails and screws sticking out all of the deck. The main king master bed was broken and they’d previously fixed with painters tape. After waiting 3 nights for maintenance personnel to correct, they stated they fixed the bed as best as possible but it needed replaced. The support legs were sideways and not touching the floor after they left. No one ever came to replace the bed or even gave us the courtesy of reaching out after multiple attempts. Nothing in this home is properly fixed or maintained. There’s mold in the washer and the lights on the side of the house are literally hanging off by the wiring. The toilet seat in one bathroom doesn’t fit, the curtains have holes, and the beds are uncomfortable. Overall, completely dissatisfied by the lack of communication from home owners, lack of response to issues from Vacasa, and the state of the home. You could not pay me to book with Vacasa or stay in this home again.
