Stayed Apr 11, 2026You are definitely paying for the location. Beachfront is fabulous. House is in need of updates. Mattresses are not great and need updated. Master is downstairs, so you will need to take stairs to main living area and kitchen area. Access to beach is down a small spiral staircase from master bedroom or go out front of house and walk around. We had loud neighbors, so that put a damper on the experience. The rental company was great, answered questions quickly.

Stayed Apr 7, 2025The location cannot be beat. On the beach! Walkable to everything St. George has to offer. We loved the location of the home. The house itself feels like it needs a facelift - new showers, appliances, one of the beds. The property manager was very easy to work with. I feel the price fairly reflects what you get with this property. We would not rent again.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025Even during spring break season the beach still had that private beach feeling!! We love SGI overall but I would not recommend for teenagers who need more to do than renting golf carts. We try to keep SGI a secret from our coworkers, lol. Will be a yearly trip
