Beachfront home with direct beach access, outdoor shower, ocean views, AC

Location is great, the tide pools and water was fantastic for our little one. House could use a little TLC for bathrooms, but in bigger beds as they can fit, and need to stock the kitchen better as not much there to use. Small things if addressed would knock this place out of the park if done.

Very happy with this choice. The house is spacious and well maintained. Bedrooms are big and there’s plenty of closet/dresser space. Living/dining area is great. Kitchen has lots of supplies. Beautiful ocean side views. Plenty of outside seating too. Multiple decks to enjoy the views. Love the outdoor shower to get sand off. Plenty of room on the beach for enjoying the waves, playing games, or just sunning. Vacasa handled the booking and stay experience even better. Would definitely book this vacation spot again.

We loved the location and set up. But beds were very hard to sleep on, very uncomfortable so won’t stay here again unless they update the mattresses. Very little drinking cups on kitchen, had to buy disposable cups to drink out of during our stay.

This property is a gem! The decks and beach were all beautiful. The house was well maintained and offered all amenities. We had amazing sunrises in the morning peeking in from the sliding doors. Each morning while watching the sunrise, we’d step out on the deck and be greeted by pods of dolphins and flocks of pelicans. It’s a nice spot, 1/2 way point so it’s easy access to each end of Andersen Ave. We had all the things needed to make wonderful meals. Clean kitchen and living areas. If I had to give one remark that wasn’t as complimentary, I’d just ask on our next visit, that the bathrooms had a more thorough clean and the windows would have the sand washed off the outside of them. We ended up doing this ourselves. We enjoyed our visit immensely and were grateful for the family time. Sincerely, A grateful family.

The location to the beach and the outdoor deck and furniture was excellent

Location, view, structure, and modern characteristics of the house were all superb. However, it was apparent that prior to our arrival the house had only been spot cleaned. The couch was disgusting, riddled with orange Cheeto/pizza stains and old, sticky food under the cushions. The throw blanket provided on the couch had not been washed, also riddled with orange stains and a child’s sticker still in the folds. Not only had the floors not been mopped in a while, they had not even been swept. The countertops in the kitchen were positively grimy. I spent part of my first day of my vacation washing and cleaning (and covering the couch so that I could sit on it). This was not reported during my stay because I did not want my vacation to be interrupted for someone to come clean it, I simply expected it to be clean before I arrived.

Beautiful views, unfortunately the property was filthy. Blood on floor, food and mold in kitchen sinks, dirty countertops, filthy oven with a summer's worth of burnt food in it, over-flowing trash with flies everywhere, dirty showers and tubs, trash in the outside shower. The floors had not been washed and I had to buy a Rubbermaid Spin Mop to clean the floors as we had a crawling baby staying in the house. Slow automated response from Vacasa to resolve the issues. about getting the property cleaned. Two days into vacation someone came to clean the property. There was water dripping onto light switch plate on the second floor coming from the air-conditioning system and black mold behind the picture hanging directly above the switch plate. We put duct tape over the switches with a Do not Use sign on it., to prevent anyone from getting shocked.

House was great! All the decking and views were wonderful. Weather was great most of our trip. House had everything we needed and was perfect for our family.

This house is lovely. Big kitchen. Lots of space for little ones to run around and comfy seating for adults to relax. And amazing views of the ocean.....whether sitting on the oceanfront deck or just looking out the big windows!
