Beachfront home with beach access, community pool, foosball table, ocean views

This was a perfect spot to stay while visiting our neice and her children for Thanksgiving since her husband is currently deployed. Panoramic ocean views and accommodations to fit all.

It was outdated. Dirty. Broken down furniture. The beds are horrible. The view is the only good thing thing about this property. Hardly any pots and pans. Not a sharp knife at all.

This homes only good thing was the size and location. The inside furniture was stained, broken and very cheap. The screen door was broken the blinds as well. There had been previous problems with bugs and we made contact with Vacasa prior to arrival requesting that be handled. We did see some in the house but the outside had more issues at night. We realized bugs are common in the summer however we felt they were excessive in this unit compared to other places we have stayed. If the upkeep was valued and consistent this unit has potential but we would not come back or book with vacasa again as we have stayed in other places with much better upkeep and local support.

The location and views from the property are excellent. The property itself needs some work. The furniture is very dirty and even though it sleeps 10 there is not enough comfortable seating for that many.The kitchen is fairly well stocked but there was only 1 coffee cup. The stair rails are shakey and make it difficult for an 80 year old to feel secure.The TV's were small and we never got 2 of the ones in the bedroom to work. Overall with the views it was worth the money

The unit needs updating and is dirty with a bug problem. When we arrived we had to rewash some of the bedding because it was dirty and full of sand. The decks were covered with roaches especially in the evenings making it impossible to enjoy sitting outside. The roaches eventually started emerging on all three floors of the unit. Vacasa was not responsive and we had to reach out multiple times until they sent someone to spray. We then had to deal with the aftermath of the dead and dying roaches after the treatment. While talking with other guests in the complex they weren’t experiencing the same bug issues. The consensus seems to be if the owners were staying on top of the pest control treatments we wouldn’t have been seeing roaches in the unit. Prior guests in the last few months have noted similar issues in their reviews so it seems to be an ongoing problem. Separately the furniture was pretty rough too. The couch and chair in the living room were not only uncomfortable but were stained and dirty. The plastic chairs around the table and peel and stick covered coffee table also speak to the level of care and investment taken by the owners. It’s clear they’re cutting corners anywhere they can.

Spacious, great location, really nice beach. Just need to get the place cleaned up, fix a few things and get rid of the cockroaches .

We did enjoy the location at the beach, the house was convenient and just really nice to have all the room and the gorgeous view from the deck. We would definitely return for vacation to this property! Gave list in Vacasa review of maintenance issues that need to be addressed.

Listening to the ocean waves is mesmerizing. We visited our military son and enjoyed quality time together. Nice regular and expresso appliance. Deck chairs are sturdy, comfortable for watching sea life.
