The views are fantastic. Ever window showed such beauty. The house is very comfortable. But the views never stopped.

Great location, well stocked kitchen, beautiful views, would stay here again.

Loved the location. House was not clean. There were hair balls in the corner of the master bedroom a beer can on the living room deck and a cigarButt on the main deck table. The host need to do aBetterJob of reviewing theCleaning folks

We have enjoyed Cape San Blas on other vacations but this spot is our new favorite as its not so cramped against the neighbors and you have privacy. Cant wait to book for the fall. Thank you for hosting us!

Cute home right on the water. Home was comfortable and had everything we needed. Convenient location and we were very happy to be able to take our Golden Retriever with us.

The location of this beach house is perfection. Communication with the property manager was less than perfect - very slow responses. The freezer has no ice maker and the listing clearly states that you can park more cars/boats than you should unless you have a four wheel drive to get out of the sand. The inside of the house is nothing special or homey. The blinds have sections that are missing so privacy was a small issue. The area was beautiful and worth visiting. We stayed mostly at Port St, Joe shopping and eating. Mexico Beach and Apalachicola is not far away to visit. We will definitely be back to the area-just in a different beach house. Cape San Blas is a beautiful place

Everything was perfect except it was alittle too close to the main road which was fine with us but it made our little dog very nervous and he didnt want to leave the house. He is a cairn terrier and they are alittle skiddish about certain noises. but it was the best house weve stay at on the cape.

We love visiting PSJ AND CSB! The last time we were here we saw this home and we knew we wanted to book it for our next visit and so we did! Lots of fishing from this home inclusive of a 28 Red, some whiting, black drum, flounder and croaker. Onlcomplcomplaint js

Hi, everything about this property was amazing—the location is great and the beach was wonderful. However, the cleanliness was just okay. The main issue I had was the obvious signs of mold in the master bathroom, coming out of the vents, on to the ceiling and in the kitchen. I am currently going through mold toxicity, and this was very triggering for someone who is detoxing. This is a major health concern. I tried to contact the property manager but received no response. I wish I could attach pictures because I took a lot—the mold needs to be addressed!

This home was well equipped and in an extremely convenient location being first on the Cape past the rock wall. The owner communicated so well with me about the incoming hurricane and telling us what to expect and what the best decision would be for our safety. The home was beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed and the beach was empty all around us. Everything was wonderful and we would definitely rent this home again!

The property was great but being the first house on the beach was awesome. Easy beach access in a great neighborhood.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay this property is in the perfect spot. You get a beautiful view of gulf off the back of the house and the same is to be said off the front of the house of the bay. The beach was very clean and there so many shells. There is also dolphins that pass by the house every morning around 6:45. The house was extremely clean with plenty of space. We will definitely be back to this property.
