Stayed Jul 26, 2025Our stay was wonderful. We loved the layout of the house and open kitchen floor plan. The house has great outside options between the front and back. We also took advantage of the kayaks and paddle board that are included with the house. The house has everything you need and Greg was very kind and was very responsive to communication. Beach access was just over the dune right in front of the house. We would absolutely return here again!

Stayed Jul 20, 2025This house has it all. Dock leading down to the sound was perfection. We enjoyed the sunsets, caught crabs in the crab traps and enjoyed kayaking in the evenings Loved that we walked across the street to our private stairs over the dunes and out to the beach. The house has a wonderful working kitchen where we cooked our crabs as the whole family gathered. Beautiful view of the ocean from the rocking chairs on the front porch. Wish we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy all the amenities. Our grandsons enjoyed the pac man machine and I liked the puzzles and books available for the guests. In the large basement recreation area. There was something for three generations to enjoy. We are already talking about a trip next year and staying in this home again next year.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025Absolutely enjoyed our family vacation in this nostalgic raised beach cottage. The porches and natural light were so relaxing. So lovely to enjoy the sound as well as the beach, great serving/kitchen design and wonderful book collection. Would definitely stay again!
