Stayed Mar 14, 2026Our family of 5 had a wonderful week at Seahorse Villa! We loved the views from the patio and both balconies, the well-thought-out space, the little pool, and the clear water and soft sand at nearby beaches, especially Paynes Bay. It was a great home base for exploring Barbados! We enjoyed Harrison's Cave and ziplining, snorkeling at Carlisle Bay (shipwrecks and sea turtles), wildlife reserve (11am/2pm feeding monkeys), visiting Oistins fish market (we went on a non-busy day — delicious!), and golf :) Favorite restaurant: The Tides at sunset. We also picked up food at Massey for easy dinners (Bajan spice — yum!), as well as snacks, lunches, breakfasts, wine, and beer to enjoy at the villa. It was a lovely balance of sun, fun, and rest. Thanks to the staff — Macy, Carlos, and security — we felt very welcomed and safe. Enjoy! :) Kid reviews: I had a lot of fun on this vacation. My favorite restaurant was probably The Tides or Pat's Place in Oistins. Almost everything was super fun, especially Harrison's Cave with the ziplining. I would definitely come here again. I LOVE BARBADOS — VERY FUN!!! :) Beautiful place :)

Stayed Mar 3, 2026Property was gorgeous and villa had wonderful amenities. Road noise was more than I expected but we got used to it. Not a lot of restaurants or bars close by which was disappointing. You needed to take a taxi everywhere. The housekeeper was fantastic. She gave us great tips and was very friendly. Contact with the agents managing the property was not great. It would take several days for responses. Once I never received a response. We really enjoyed the villa.

Stayed Dec 9, 2025We had the most amazing stay at Seshells. The villa was beautiful at all times of the day, with gorgeous views and a wonderful beach. This felt like a piece of home away from home. Neighbors, staff and locals like Angie at the shack next door were so friendly and hospitable. We could have stayed so much longer and just listen to the waves enjoy the beach and simply relax. Barbados now has a piece of our hearts. Untill again! Macy was so nice, she welcome us with a big great smile, we love Macy - she came and cleaned the house everyday that was so nice of her :)

Stayed Oct 18, 2025Lovely property! Pictures of the property do not do it justice. The views are breathtaking. Aside from access to the beach and local restaurants, the amenities were an added bonus. Macy, our concierge, was so friendly and attentive. I highly recommend!

Stayed Apr 10, 2025Great size villa, good bedrooms which were on the beach side with bathrooms on the road-side, which is quite close. However two of the bedrooms have open louvre windows which allow noise in - would be far better if these were glazed over, as not needed for ventilation with the a/c. Outside space is good with direct access to the beach which is small but very quiet. Didn’t use the small pool much.Kitchen had supplies of oil, salt, sugar, coffee etc which is great, Didn’t feel we needed the daily housekeeper service-every 2-3 days would be fine.Easy walk to QP Bistro and the Roti Den. de Clay Pot is opposite- we enjoyed hearing the live music a couple of evenings (ends earlier so no issues with sleeping). Short drive into Holetown or beyond. Fish market is next door but that’s no issue.Felt very safe and secure. Great choice!

Stayed Mar 15, 2025Beautiful beachside villa with the perfect layout for families or large groups. Every room had a private balcony that overlooks an awe inspiring view of Payne’s Bay. We literally walked off our back gate into the water and saw a variety of fish, coral, and other sea life while snorkeling. The kitchen was stocked with anything you needed for meal prep and entertaining. The bathrooms were spotless and accommodating for both children and adults. The property was also maintained daily by a friendly and discreet staff. Aside from all the activities and tours we took, our favorite thing to do was sit out on the back deck and enjoy the serenity of ocean waves with the backdrop of a beautiful sunset. The location was also perfect - close enough to Holetown and small restaurants but isolated enough that you didn’t feel crowded. Of all the trips we have taken throughout the Caribbean, our daughters said that this has been their favorite place to stay. I hope we will be able to come back.

Stayed Mar 4, 2025Highly recommend this villa, the location and views are awesome, the villa was well equipped, Barbados is a very friendly island. The beach directly in front is rocky but just walk left a short distance to get sandy entrance. We would return, the cleaner was sweet and the Gardener was Funny! We even saw 2 monkeys briefly on the property!

Stayed Feb 25, 2025Lovely stay in Barbados once again! Nice local people, beautiful beaches ( especially Sandy Lane!) Too much traffic noise and rooster crowing here for us, but the condo was comfortable otherwise. Blessed to be in Barbados again

Stayed Feb 17, 2025Property was very nice with exceptional views. House was well outfitted for cooking. Service staff (housekeeper, landscaper, and security personnel) were very engaging and supportive. Neighborhood and street were quite busy and noisy on street side of property, but otherwise great location
