Beachfront abode with spacious deck, pool table, gas grill, smart TVs, & W/D

Beautiful beachfront home, well-supplied kitchen, steps to the sand. Enjoy sunsets, walk to harbor shops and restaurants. Huge primary suite and plenty of room for the rest of the family. One small warning--there are a lot of open stairs, probably not suitable for toddlers or those with bad knees!

We loved our time there! Great location right on the beach, perfect home layout for family gatherings. Would for sure rent it again!

The house was beautiful and the view was amazing. This was a girl's reunion trip so most of the time was spent in the lounge area with the doors wide open. The only issue we had was trying to get an early check in, the woman handling this request was rude and not helpful at all. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean, amazing views and private. The views were amazing and waking up every morning to the waves of the beach was so peaceful and relaxing. Plenty of space and everyone room has its own restroom which is a huge plus. There is a lot of stairs so be aware of that. The property is decorated so cute. There are a lot of nick backs so if you have small children be aware of that. It was close to shops and restaurants which were walking distance. House is fully stocked. It was absolutely perfect for our short getaway and I will definitely stay at this property again in the future.

The house is perfectly situated on a quiet street in the center of Hollywood Beach, with unobstructed ocean views and everything you could need for a stay at the beach. The house is extremely clean, comfortable, and well appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen and for entertainment. Pool table, boogie boards, and plenty of seating on the deck to enjoy gorgeous sunsets. Very comfortable beds and smooth ocean sounds heard from every room in the house. Owner was very responsive and check in/check out was super easy. The home is just steps from a terrific cafe for breakfast, and minutes from a grocery store and wonderful park. Highly recommend, would love to stay here again!

House is immaculate and had all the amenities we were hoping for! Well stocked kitchen made meal prep a breeze. Beautiful area and quiet, private oceanfront location was exactly what we were looking for to spend quality time with family. Views were breathtaking and just very peaceful. Wide clear windows really incorporates the awesome views! Property was clean, well appointed, beautiful and well kept, and customer service was really awesome with good and prompt communication. Very quiet and private neighborhood! Neighbors were really friendly too.!

The house is located on the sand at Hollywood Beach in Oxnard. Easy walk to several restaurants and bars. A wonderful place to stay for a beach trip!
