The property was well set up for a large group. Plenty of bed space and bathrooms. The beach was clean and had chairs provided. The back yard was a nice setup, we came at a bad time of year for the lake flies. Overall we had a great time and are planning on reserving this property next year.

Great place for family vacation close to safari, Cedar Point and Put in Bay. Nice beach on one side the other side for fishing and boating

This location has lots of space to either spread out of gather as a group. Beach is great, we had some pretty hot weather so we would have appreciated some shade, but that is not the owner's fault. Good green space right outside the main living area for yard games and enjoying the view.

Cedar Point is a great place to vacation and Doug from Sandusky Rentals was great to work with. The house was perfect for our needs. Being on the beach made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy the time we had together. My recommendation is to book early in the year (January) the summer dates fill up quickly. We rented two houses on the Point from Doug and it worked out well for our extended family.

With the three kids still at home between the ages 15-21 with college, school, work, basketball summer practices, and having a life, it’s hard to get away. This two night stay with a close location to Cedar Point was ideal for us. The house was nice, I had great communication with Doug, and just seeing the views was jest an excellent stay. We would definitely come again.

Our extended family wanted to get together to enjoy Cedar Point, beaches, and the islands. The house was the perfect place for both the adults and kids to enjoy the area with plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful time with family! We had our Slovakian family here with us. Many memories to share on this trip! The house is very spacious for our group of 12. The views amazing of the water. We will not forget our special time here!

This was an amazing home located halfway between families to meet and celebrate Thanksgiving. Doug communicated quickly and effectively and we had a great time! Accommodated all of us with a large enough space to all be comfortable! Lots of TVs for football and kids movies! Breweries were fun! Shopping by was great! Everything was close and the views were just beautiful! We will be back!

Great stay! There were just some things missing that I would have expected from a vacation rental management company: Soap/body wash, shampoo/conditioner, olive oil/pam, firewood, coffee mugs…maybe even fishing pools. But really a very nice location. Very interesting house.

Our stay on Lake Erie was just wonderful. The house was perfect, and the location was ideal. Our host went above and beyond to communicate with us. He made us feel so welcome and well cared for. This is a spot that we would return to, and that is saying something!
