Beach Within Reach Apt 5

Good experience

Very good location and clean space.

There were a few issues in the unit and as soon as we contacted our host she responded immediately and reconciled the problem.

it was great having laundry in the unit. it would have been perfect to have dish cloth, dish draining board and drying towel available. got some cheap at Tree.nice walkin shower. Also looked like all new tiling throughout. Parking on site. Lots of local restaurants and Bealls, Walmart, Aldi clise by. Stayed 4 nights.

The host was great. Answered emails very fast. The Apt 5 was great too. Very roomy and everything worked fine. The washer / dryer is definitely an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

My family and I loved this place. The location was more than perfect! 20 minutes from Clearwater Beach, 20-30 minutes from Tampa and St. Pete. It was a great neighborhood with parking right on the property. The house was well-equipped with everything you need, and we didn't leave with any dirty clothes since an in-unit laundry was provided. The house was very clean and we all agreed that the beds were extremely comfortable! Extra towels and blankets were provided and we had an easy time with self-check in! For sure will stay here again.

Owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating and the place was exceptionally clean. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Appreciated that we could book for 1 night but it was more efficient to Vrbo than a hotel with our toddler. There was hair and dirt on the bedding, specifically the pullout bed, all over the floor, and in the bathroom. I also found false eyelashes on the floor in the bathroom. Other than that, we would stay there again if needed. It was easy to get to and would be great for a decent sized group to stay at while on vacation.

The location was great for us, knowing that we didn’t intend on being right on the beach. It was only about a 10 minute drive to get to the beach, but there were so many places that were within walking distance if we wanted from the rental. Everything you really need is right on the main strip, which is just steps from the unit. The pictures to me did not do the place justice. It was super cute inside and perfect for me, my mom and my 6-year old. I would suggest the owner get some kind of night stand in the 2nd bedroom, as there was nothing but the beds in there. We just grabbed a chair from the dining table to use since we only needed 3 chairs, but for a bigger family that may not work. However, it did not take away from our trip and wasn’t anything we reached out about. During booking I made the mistake of booking the wrong dates and reached out to the owner who was very helpful and was able to get me into a different unit at the same location with the new dates. We would definitely stay here again!

The property has been redone on the front but the back of each unit need a ton of work. Dirty porches and bad furniture. No landscaping. Unable to use porches to sit outside. Lawn had garbage on it all the time and across from our unit there was an unfinished room with no door and we had to run a homeless person out of it one day. So needs improvement. The owner was very helpful when we asked for bug treatment and curtains. I have pictures.
