We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Hilton Head! The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Mark was fantastic to work with, communication was quick, easy, and helpful from start to finish.The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made it feel even more like home. The resort itself was excellent as well. We loved the pool, the pool bar was so much fun, and having easy beach access made the whole trip perfect. We would absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I wish that the room was available more than 1 night. However, the one night was fabulous and the resort/beach experience was great. When we go back to this area we will definitely seek out this unit. It was our first time to this area and we hope to be back.

We had to wait because the room wasn’t ready at 4:00pm. The people that were cleaning the room had a dog with them. I thought dogs weren’t allowed. The toaster oven did not work. The room could have used a little more paint. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad. We could have used a vacuum because of the carpet.

Too many firsts for me this trip. First time using VRBO and didn’t notice the messaging part so was lost at check in but Marko was stellar in communicating by regular text and getting us on board. First time in Hilton Head and am now addicted. The accommodations were great. First time riding my bike on a beach and it was so nice staying so close to the pool and beach. Will definitely return.

Did not have the single bed that is outlined in the online advertisement. There is a pullout sofa bed that may be queen as listed, but there is no single bed. there’s more than four occupants in this place. There was a chair, but it’s not the one listed in the photos unless it’s the one that had a cover on it. I do not believe that one reclined or at least we could not find it since I had the cover on it.

Check-in was easy, host was very communicative and responded quickly. Very close to beach and liked that they had basic beach supplies for guests to use.

Great stay!

Very clean, comfy, close to elevators. Owner provided us with a list of the favorite places/restaurants to visit in Hilton Head. We only stayed for one night, but everything was perfect!

Excellent property, excellent communication from host!

Short walk to the beach bed comfortable, clean, never could get living room tv to work. Kept saying Spectrum not connected. Would stay here again

The cute beachy decorations made this small condo a nice place for our quick 2-night stay. Although walking into the bedroom from the front door was a shock, we loved the king size bed. It was nice having the public cart to haul our stuff up to the third floor. The condo is conveniently close to the elevator but not at all close enough for the elevator noises to be a problem. We were concerned that the large doors by the bedroom would be noisy but during this slow season we heard very little. We played pickleball, had drinks & appetizers at CocoNutz and saw lots of dolphins showing off at Harbour Town.

Location ease of check in

The host was very easy to work with. This place was perfect for my husband and I to stay at for a marriage conference that we attended. We're looking forward to staying here again!

Room was clean. Host was responsive location to beach and pool was nice and easy. Parking and loading/unloading was easy.

This was the perfect apartment for a quick getaway, a few days at the beach enjoying the great september weather . Sunrises walk /runs were spectacular . Location was everything, steps from the beach and pool, elevator & stairs for easy carrying luggage. Bar on site and 2 options for lunch , very good !Bike rentals on site, rentals by day only not by hour, still worth it.Grocery store and gas station 5 min driving distance. Dinner & breakfast recommendations from owner were the best, we tried a few of them, communication with Marko was great, all check in instructions are clear . We will definitely go back and stay on this place, enjoy your stay !

Great place great vacation thank you

We were looking for a place to stay on our honeymoon and this spot was perfect! We were able to go to the beach every day without worrying about parking, but we were still able to explore all aspects of the island. Would definitely come back!

Condo was perfect for my husband and I. Great Location! Close to everything!

Everything went smooth from check in to loading up and leaving. My favorite was the large pool! Room was nice and clean with easy keyless entry.

As an older condo on the island, it is still well maintained, and has good bones with it's proximity to the beach and pool. The condo is a bit tight for anymore than 2 people, and could use a little less furniture. This unit is close to the elevator--we biked a lot, and brought our bikes right up the elevator.

The condo was perfect for our stay at Hilton Head! It was just my husband and I. It had a beautiful ocean view. We had access to all the amenities we needed and it was in a good location for shopping and restaurants! We also had great communication with the hosts!

The place was very misrepresented. They stated they had an oven - they only had a very old toaster oven. The place was very outdated. The furniture was old and not in good shape. One chair was covered in a tapestry because it was all ripped up. The TV in the so called master bedroom that did not have a door - did not work. There is no way more than 2 people could stay in this place. There was not one blanket left in the place and it was very cold. The smell of marijuana filled the place from neighboring unit. Very disappointed.

Host was available and accommodating. Would stay here again.

Small and quiet. The lounge near the front desk was quaint. The owner was very prompt with responding. I enjoyed my stay.

This was a perfect 10 day getaway with beautiful weather, relaxing location and a wonderful and comfortable condo to experience! Marko was a wonderful host and his attention to detail was incredible! I have stayed at numerous other locations on Hilton Head and by far this was the best experience and certainly one I will make sure to come back to for future visits. I would strongly recommend this location and this host to anyone who was looking to experience the island life ofHilton Head. Many many thanks again, Marko🙏👍

Marko went above and beyond with his generous hospitality. I would give him 10 stars if I could. You never have to worry because he is quick to communicate back with you on any questions or concerns. The check in instructions were perfect and no detail left unanswered! A fantastic place to stay. You will love it!

Good property location, all things very dated. Could not tell from Virbo pictures. Dishes, utensils not cleaned from previous attendees, all beach amenities old, rusted and needing care. Beach umbrella had screw part to go unto the sand rusted off, and umbrella itself was broken. Bathroom fan is not an exaust, it blows into bathroom. Tv in bedroom doesnt work. Owner needs to invest and update.

Enjoyed the property. Appreciated the chair, etc. for use on the beach. The property was easy walking to the pool, restaurant and beach. Clean beach. The condo was clean, had the utensils, plates, cups, cooking essentials I wanted. The balcony was great for enjoying the ocean view while having breakfast.
