Stayed May 28, 2025We came for a wedding at Casa Marina and Margaritaville which were only 5 blocks away so this was a great location. The place is very clean and the beds are super comfortable. The beach outside our door was a plus! We would recommend this place!

Stayed Oct 3, 2024First, Matt is the best communicator ever! If I messaged him, he messaged back so quickly. Secondly, when we walked into their home we rented, we were blown away!! It was as beautiful as the pictures and descriptions made it sound. And sooooo CLEAN! Lastly, we did not go without ANYTHING! It was the most well stocked home we have ever stayed in. Literally, they had everything you could think of that you “might” need and it made our stay AMAZING!!! Thank you Matt and Tanya for the best trip ever!! Katie and Family

Stayed Jul 12, 2024We had an incredible stay at this property! We enjoyed being so close to the beach and the Jax beach restaurants/bars. The home is in a safe location, is very clean, and perfect for a beach getaway. The home is organized, cozy, and spacious. There are 2 balconies with views of the beach! The host, Matt, is a great communicator and extremely accommodating. The check in and check out instructions were easy to follow. I highly recommend this property!
