Beach-side, beautiful low-rise with uncrowded beach!

We love the location, Silver Dunes is perfect for families with little kids, there is a huge grass area to play at, short walk to the beach which is a must for those with little kids! We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved our stay in Unit 45. We’ve been coming to the Silver Dunes since the 70’s and have probably stayed in almost every unit! This time didn’t disappoint! We had a family of five and were able to spread out, decor is nice and updated, liked the two stories, extra 1/2 bath, and kitchen was well stocked. One of the things I would suggest would be replacing the main bedroom’s beds. They aren’t very comfortable and one of them squeaks when you move, get in or out. They could use fresh linens as well. The ONLY issue we had was the upstairs balcony sliding door was stuck but maintenance came right away and fixed it. The beach service was good and the guys did a great job! It was our first time back since George retired. The best thing about Silver Dunes is being right on the beach and the views of the ocean from the balcony.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience again at Silver Dunes. This was our first time staying in Unit 45 and it was wonderful. It was clean, updated and had all the kitchen necessities for cooking. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. One recommendation to make the stay more comfortable would be room darkening/ blackout curtains in the bedrooms. It was hard to keep the kiddos asleep once the sun peeked through. We did experience some inconvenience upon checking out with the elevator not working, so we had to carry everything down 4 flights of stairs-- no fault to the condo owners. Otherwise, it was great and we would definitely stay again!

When we first walked in we checked all the rooms out and then we wanted to walk out on the balcony I reached and pulled the sliding glass door handle and it fell off into my hand. I couldn’t shut the door so the Office was closed. I called security and told them about it they told me they would send someone down first thing in the morning but they never came. I went down to the office the next day and reported it and they said they knew nothing about it. The maintenance guy did come and fix it partially it had paper stuck up in it and was halfway fixed,We didn’t use the door any while we were staying there because I was afraid it would fall off again. The walk to the beach was a little further than what I like but the pool was very nice and the landscaping was very pretty around the condo. The living room was very large and spacious and was nice and the kitchen was very nice. The air condition worked very well downstairs but It never got very cool upstairs where the bedroom were.It was a nice condo but a little out of date for the money I paid for the stay there I would probably recommend staying somewhere else.

So very clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated...especially compared to other neighboring rooms we had friends stay in. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was very nice, and the living space was huge and so nice to entertain our friends in. Lastly, the view was stunning. Loved waking up and having coffee on our balcony with a perfect shot of the beach. My family will definitely be staying in Unit 45 again. Highly recommend!!!!

We have asked before for these items. Desperately needs new sofa (it is sleeper). Very very Dirty and worn. It seems unhealthy. This condo also desperately needs new mattresses in main bedroom. These are very worn and thin. If they wouldGreatly improve quality of stay. We appreciate all you try to do and really like it there. This condo also needs new sliding glass doors. They barelyOpen.
