Walking out the back door onto the beach, was amazing. There was plenty of room for our family of 12. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Thanks Flacker’s for sharing your home.

Matty and Mark were easy to work with. Location was awesome!! Unit was very nice with all the cookware you could possibly want. However, my husband was wanting to use the grille but it was horribly dirty and decided it would be to much work to clean in order to use. We did however enjoy our stay very much.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Mark and Matty’s beautiful townhouse! The area of Miramar beach is absolutely stunning and this place met all of our needs and then some. It was beautiful, clean, and well appointed with all the necessities. We would love to stay again sometime! Oh… and I would be remiss if I did not mention the communication with the owners was great despite they were of the country!

A fully renovated to a high standard. Kitchen is fully equipped and love the induction range. Even has a commercial ice machine on the lower level. Loved the French doors, no more, hard to open sliding doors. I do wish there was more than basic cable so cable news stations and ESPN was available. Beach service was great. Without hesitation I would recommend this property. Well done Mark and Matty!

The place was perfect!!!! We will definitely try to stay here again. The kitchen was very well stocked which made it easy to prepare food.

If you are looking for a relaxing and overall easy vacation experience, this is the perfect property and perfect location. Arrival and departure were stress free and I knew I could reach out the owners and get a quick response at any point…luckily we didn’t have any unexpected need to do so. It was great being directly on the beach and even greater that the property owners provided so many beach related provisions, from chairs to floats to sand toys. Our group ranged from age 1 to age 52 and everyone had an excellent time.

This property was immaculately kept. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of beach toys and chairs. We had 10 family members ranging in age from 13-adults and there was more than enough room for all of us. We have stayed in several beach houses over the years and this was by far our favorite!

This unit was perfect for our family vacation! Everything was exactly as described. Very convenient beach access. Deck furniture durable and comfortable. We will be returning.

Our stay was fantastic! The property was convenient and super clean, also Mark and Matty was an awesome host! They responded within minutes every time we send a message. We stayed at a lot of properties in the passed and by fare this was the most clean and enjoyable one. Thanks Mark and Matty!

The beach house was located right on the beach. Plenty of room and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed sitting on the upper deck in the morning with my coffee and watching the day come alive. We will definitely stay here again.

We came down for Spring Break from Michigan. We had 2 families and wanted to be able to spread out—this rental was absolutely perfect! 2 primary bedrooms for adults on the upper level for privacy, a bedroom for our girls and the bunk room for the boys; all with their own bathrooms! The kitchen was stocked with the normal essentials/gadgets—all high end. There was more than enough room for the 8 of us to sit for meals.The rental itself is nicely decorated. It is obvious that the owners recently updated the place and that they also use it to vacation. All the decks are really nice! We hung out on all 3 levels and all had chairs to enjoy the view and watch the dolphins!The sand on the beach was baby powder soft! The unit is set up with “beach service” which includes 4 nice beach chairs and 2 umbrellas - which was awesome! The public beach is right down the beach, but we really didn’t have issues with many people walking down and setting up by us.The location is absolutely perfect! There is a store right across from our rental property that has rolled ice cream, açaí bowls, and more! As well as a souvenir shop and beach rentals, and very short walk to one of many Alvin’s island (similar to surf style/Ron John’s) and bad ass coffee. We had many restaurants within a 5-10 min drive and short drive North to Harborwalk Village or South to Baytown Wharf.Overall, this was an amazing trip! Can’t beat an amazing place on the beach!! We absolutely will stay again!

The moms enjoyed the rooms with private bathrooms and the girls enjoyed the bunk room. The decks were wonderful to enjoy the views as well as just steps to your private beach area. Would definitely return!

Great view and property. Beach is perfect and the sunset on the deck is a must. They have a blackstone which is great to cook on. Owners respond very quickly to any questions. Would absolutely stay here again

We had a fabulous trip! The beautiful house was just steps away from the beach. We had 3 couples staying and there was more than enough room for us. The owners have thought of everything one would need on a trip and have stocked it in the house. They were also very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful time staying at the townhouse! Very clean with beach themed decor and just steps from condo to ocean! It was equipped with every possible item needed to ensure a good time was had by all! Location was perfect and in close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Plan to stay again the next time we plan a vacation!

We loved everything about this Townhouse. Easy beach access and the two sets of beach chairs were much appreciative. The Blackstone was a nice touch as well. We soaked up the view and grilled out for dinner several nights. Every thing from grocery stores, restaurants, and fresh seafood from Skippers was less than 2 miles away.

The property is spectacular! The amenities, views, rooms, everything was perfect. With all the kids and some additional family members, we are 10 adults and two kids and the house accommodated us with ease. It’s spacious spaces provided flow and the ability to all be together without feeling cramped and all getting to enjoy the views of the ocean! Spectacular, spectacular, spectacular!

Great location! Very clean and absolutely gorgeous property! We had so much fun.

We had the best week at this VRBO, there are so many things that are not listed about this property. We have never stayed at a property with this quality of kitchen supplies, everything from the HexClad cookware, Cutco knives, there is a Blackstone, Ninja cooker, a deluxe Keurig and so much more not mentioned. There are so many sand toys and blow ups that we did not need to bring our own, but did and left some more behind. T he playpen for the baby was clean and in good working order. There are multiple baby gates as well. Did I mention the amount of local artist art work on the walls? Just beautiful! You are close to everything and we wanted for nothing. The private beach is not crowded at all and the chairs were up and waiting for us everyday. As mentioned, the parking is tight, we were able to get a fullsize SUV and a Jeep to fit pretty easily. We also had a 4 door pickup and just parked it less than a mile away at the RV park, they were super nice and it was a simple process. No complaints and we will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our time at Mark and Marty’s place. It was a very easy check-in process and the home was clean when we arrived. We flew in to Destin so we weren’t able to bring any beach chairs, toys, etc. but they have provided everything we needed as a group of 9, including beach toys and plenty of extra chairs. They also provide a lot of essentials in the house such as hair dryers and a very nice ice machine for filling a cooler, which was so appreciated! Parking is tight, but that’s very clearly stated before you book. We had a small SUV and a minivan and we parked side by side with vehicles in both units next to us, but a large SUV or truck would be a very tight squeeze and likely wouldn’t work. We had to pull up to the road to be able to get in with our vehicles. But again, it’s clearly stated that the parking is tight and it’s nothing that would keep us from renting the unit in the future. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Destin!
