House Rules and Important Notes
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM for peaceful stays.
• No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside or outside; violations incur a $500 fine plus cleaning fees.
• Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Bringing a pet will result in a $300 fine for deep cleaning in addition to any other applicable fees.
• Security Features: 2 exterior cameras on the front of the house for the driveway and floodlight above the front entrance for safety; no indoor cameras.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Self check-in; standard 4 PM arrival, 10 AM departure. Any late check-out must be preapproved and will be charged a fee. If you need check-out later than 12 PM, you will be charged for the full day.
• Damage Waiver: $1,500 coverage through Waivo (terms apply).
• Additional Rules: No parties or events; maximum occupancy 8 guests. Enhanced cleaning protocols for spotless arrivals. Trash pickup days vary; place bin curbside the night before.
