Beach Retreat Located in the Heart of Dewey!

Cute condo! There for 2 days. Mostly everything was clean except the walls and decor are collecting dust so the cleaners need to pay more attention to that. The beds make noise with EVERY movement so that may annoy you. Very tight parking area but thankfully the beach, restaurants, and some activities were walkable so only left the garage twice. If you can’t do stairs, this property isn’t for you! The owner is very kind and responsive. Would stay again.

Just being near both the beach and the bay was great. It may be important for some people to know ahead of time that the place is on the 3rd floor.

The location of this home was perfect for our weekend for Sea Witch Festival. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, showers were good. There are many stairs to climb, so if there are members of your party who can't do that, this may not work for you. You won't know the check-in code until about an hour prior to your check-in time, just in case this is important to you. Overall this was a good, clean, comfy place to stay and walkable to all of Dewey's fun places. Easy walk to beach and bay for sunsets. And good value.

Location was awesome!! Condo was clean. Could have used more towels. 3rd floor so a lot of steps. No TV in bedrooms.

Cleaner and better than expected. Great location. Mostly well stocked. We had a great time and would gladly come back.

Communication with property manager was wonderful! Everything was clean and the space is a lot roomier than the pictures show. Excellent spot to walk to the beach, bars, shops, and restaurants.

A perfect sized condo for our family if five and in the best location. Easy access to walk to restaurants, the beach, the bay and shops.

Great place for 2 adults and a few kids. Beds were squeaky but other than that place was fantastic for the price point. Would definitely rent again.

We had a great time staying at this condo. It’s located right in the middle of Dewey which made getting around without a car very easy! My friends and I had a blast!

As described with a seamless check-in. Walking distance to all nightlife. The 5 individual beds were ideal.

Four of us stayed here for the weekend. 2 minute walk to the strip, very close to Dewey Beer Co, The Starboard and other venues/shops. Host was very quick with responses to minor questions. Great value! Will definitely stay again!

The apartment was clean and well maintained. Perfect location, central to everything. The beach was very close less than a 5 minute walk with food and shopping all around. Would highly recommend

This was our second trip here because of the fantastic walk-to-everywhere location. Plenty of room for 3 friends, and we will be back soon! Just a note for improvement: The mattresses need an upgrade and there is general deferred maintenance. But overall, this is a super value for the price. Thanks Gaysha!

Communicating with the host was easy. The property is about a 3 min walk to sunset park for nice views in the evening. Convenient walking to restaurants/shops

Perfect location as we attended an event at Bottle & Cork, easy to the beach and many eating/drinking places. Disagree with sleeps 10, ceiling fan locations make the top bunks a big no for me, but for 4 of us it worked just fine.

Perfect location just a short walk from the beach, from beautiful sunsets on the bay side and everything Dewey Beach has to offer! Check-in and checkout was a breeze too. Highly recommend!

Owner was extremely communicative. Everything was as listed. Home was clean and linen was ready. Overall, very nice! There were a few things that didn’t work but it may have been user error. Neighborhood was noisy from a local club, but sound machine helped cover that. Close proximity to beach and trolley stop. Local restaurants across street. Would stay here again.

Overall things were great. The place was as advertised but saying it's on the top floor should be included as that may make a difference for some.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The location was convenient to everything. We walked everywhere or took the trolley. Parking is included. The living room furniture has all been updated from the listing. Linens were provided for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!
