    First, this house sits on a public golf course and there is a green right off the back yard with a water hazard across from the house so golfers hit on the house side constantly. I was almost hit with a ball in the driveway and the ball broke my windshield of my car. I didn’t feel comfortable letting my daughter sit out in the backyard by the pool so I had her sit in the front yard. She had two balls fall within 3 feet of her in the front yard! Second major issue, we had large sewer flies coming out of a door/window area of the bedroom with three beds in it. We killer 100-150 large sewer flies all throughout the house! We couldn’t leave food out. I did not like my son having to sleep in that room where they were all coming from. In the queen room the window was broken on the inside and glass was laying all loose on the window ledge. Several dressers had dirty socks in them. The owner never responded in the app when I messaged about the flies and Evolve contacted the owner and they said they were going to send someone out about the flies and to clean up the glass but nobody ever showed up. We were in Jacksonville because my wife had a major surgery at Mayo so my family was at the house while I drove back and forth to the hospital until she was able to come back to the house. 5 days of being in the house we turned on the AC because it was warm and the condensate line from the air conditioner filled up with water and the flies stopped. Never again

    We had a great stay despite the previous guests leaving the property a mess and breaking things. The owners were very apologetic and did there best mitigate the situation. The home is beautiful and the star is the pool. Everything is a bit dated but still functional. I do wish the grill was in working order as we had planned to grill but that is minor.

    This house is a hidden gem. Minutes from the beach. The neighborhood feels safe and is quiet. The host has done a lot to maximize the space. If they invested in a pool heater that would make this a 10/10.

    Loved the house and location. Easy check in and check out. Tons of room and great kitchen. Pool area is very nice and clean. Overall, would definitely stay there again.

    This property was perfect for our family of nine which included six adults and three children ages 7 - 10. It is difficult to find a short-rental ideally suited to sleep families with children. The three-bed bedroom provided the three granddaughters their own beds. The girls completely enjoyed their bedroom with their own TV (which, as always, was closely monitored by adults). The other three bedrooms with king, queen, and two twin beds also provided just-right sleeping arrangements. Beds were comfortable. Gathering places were also comfortable. The remodeled open floor plan was well done. The kitchen was nice with relatively new appliances although fresh items in the refrigerator draws froze solid. The Grands really enjoyed the pool. Access to the pool was convenient; wet swimmers did not have to walk through the house for restrooms, etc. We had expected to spend 99.9% of our time in the pool/screened-in area. However, the table and chairs were too rickety for comfort, so all meals were taken inside. Also, the grill was out of gas. The owner suggested I remove the tank and exchange it, and she would reimburse me, but I felt that was not my responsibility. We went to plan-B. Perhaps a reimbursement is in order since the grill was not provided as advertised. The house has good curb appeal. However, upon arrival we found a motor home parked in the driveway. This was disconcerting as we didn’t know if previous renters were still there, if the cleaning crew was still inside
