Please be aware that because Port Aransas is a unique coastal community, cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable. Thank you for acknowledging that we have no control over these services. Service interruptions will not qualify for any discounts or reimbursements.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

    We stay in Port A every year for a family and friends girls trip. This culdesac of houses are our favorite. This was our first stay in Beach Please and it was our favorite house so far!

    I think our overall stay was great. My only complaint would be to have the wifi updated. We couldn't get enough reception to watch the baseball game.

    House is exactly as pictured and adorable. Very clean. We didn't have great weather for our week but stayed cozy in the house and watched movies and played games. Kitchen could use a few items and if you're looking for outdoor space this isn't for you, but otherwise I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

    Great place and location only 8 minute walk to the beach. Very short drive to many restaurants. Would stay there again in a heart beat.
