Stayed Aug 12, 2023Our family enjoyed our stay in the Spring Lake. Everything was as discribed in the vrbo listing and owner-Joe was easily reachable if/when required. I believe that Joe truly tried to make our stay in his house enjoyable. The self check-in/check-out were seamless and flexible.The property has great salt water heated pool and fully enclosed backyard which was great for our family to spend evenings in it. I would stay at this property again the next time I will be looking for house rental in the Spring Lake.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023The home was great for a summer vacation down the shore with our family. Spring Lake is a very quiet town, perfect for those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. The home is less than a mile from the beach which was never that crowded (even on 4th of July) and we were able to park at the beach each morning. We were also able to drive to other fun boardwalk areas like Point Pleasant and Asbury Park in less than 20 minutes. We have small kids who didn’t last long at the beach so the house’s very large saltwater pool was the main attraction and it was well-maintained. The 3BR home was great for 5-6 people with plenty of space, inside and out. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe too, which was pleasant for long walks. Joe, the host, was responsive, accommodative, and genuinely tried to ensure we had a nice stay - any house rules were simple and logical.

Stayed Aug 14, 2021This home is ideal for young families and pets. Our kids spent endless hours in the backyard -a great space for entertaining. The landscaping is well kept and the pool is perfect for swimming and play. The green space was perfect for our little ones to run around, and it is all fenced in which made it very safe. Joe, the owner was available if we had any questions and made our check in and check out process easy.
