Beach Magic

This property was the perfect vacation spot! Beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. This will be our forever vacation rental.

The house is right on the beach! We loved the house & the area!

This was my 70th birthday present to me. All my children and grandchildren came. our first time renting a beach house. I am glad we choose this one. You say “oh wow” when you walk in. Bigger than we thought. Perfect for the 14 of us. We had a problem and the owners fixed it right away. Plenty of parking for our 4 cars. Great location for walking to places. The internet kept going out. But that could have been due to it storming every day. The back deck was all the adults favorite place. 5:30 am watching the sunrise and drinking coffee or 10:00 at night enjoying each other’s company. We are already planning a return trip

This home is steps from the ocean. The living area was perfect for our ten guests; it never felt crowded. There is also a great outdoor shower space.

Enjoyed our week in Surf City. Chris and Rob were great with communication. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. Excellent deck space and a wide beach at low tide. I will definitely rent this house again!

The home was perfect for our family! The beach was pristine, the home was immaculate. Chris was super responsive and even worked with the cleaning crew so we could enjoy the home as long as possible. We loved it!

It was a beautiful spot and home. Even though there were a few unforeseen issues the owners were very responsive and were very on top of it. You can’t ask for a better spot. If I had one critique, it would be I wish the bedrooms had more normal beds instead of so many bunks but we did know that going in based on pictures. Either way you won’t be disappointed here.

When you first enter Luna Y Sol you are greeted by the most amazing ocean view. Check in was super easy. The house is beautiful and well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. (Including a wonderful library and selection of games!) It accommodated our family of 7 with plenty of room to spare. The house is the perfect location, just far enough away from the crowd yet still walking distance to shops, restaurants and ice cream! Chris and Rob are wonderful hosts, they were quick to respond to anything, great with communication and worked to make sure everything was perfect so we would have the best vacation.

This is my families 4th year doing an annual beach trip together and we’ve been searching for a beach house that we can rebook every year- we finally found it! We loved this beach house so much. The owners take great care of it & you can tell they’ve made several upgrades. The front porch was by far our favorite hangout spot, all the updates to it are great! The home is well stocked with cooking equipment if you choose to cook. The home is in an awesome location and not far from several restaurants! We look forward to coming back next year!

My husband, myself and my 2 kiddos stayed in this beautiful home. Everything was just as pictured and described on the VRBO website. The house was very clean and had all the amenities you would ever need. The view is breathtaking from the house and the deck!!!! The property manager (who lives just down the road) and the owners were very easy to work with and got back to us promptly with any questions we had. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting an amazingly relaxing vacation. It was so very hard to leave. We will likely be renting this house again for future visits.
