Beach & King - Stunning Ocean Views!

Beach & King is a beautiful and comfortable home, with very interesting and quirky art. Always something new and fun to see in every room. The kitchen is very workable and fully and generously stocked. The location could not be better, with views of the beach and, from my bedroom, stunning sunrises. It’s a nice and easy walk to shops and galleries and restaurants. Communication with Tim the owner was always easy and quick. My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing long weekend and highly recommend.

This utterly charming Beach& King property is one of the best I have ever experienced in many years of staying in rental spaces. For a group of 6 women (moms and daughters) it was perfect, with enough comfortable sleeping space and bathrooms for everyone to enjoy. The common areas were perfect -- there are multiple spaces for guests to lounge with coffee, do jigsaw puzzles, watch tv or take a nap. The front porch, which overlooks the beach, is another lovely place to enjoy conversation and people-watching. The house is a very close walking distance into Rockport for art and antique shopping, souvenirs and lots of eating choices. On one day, at our host's suggestion, we walked the short distance to the commuter rail station and rode the train into Salem and back, avoiding the infamous October traffic crowds and parking headaches. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and we made several meals with ease. Our host was incredibly gracious and very responsive. If I could give more stars, I would!

We had an amazing stay at this house! It was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our big family. The location was ideal—close to town but still peaceful, with beautiful views all around. We especially loved spending time on the porch, which became our favorite spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. The host was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy for us. We’d love to come back again!

I've been renting thru VRBO for over 18 years. This place ranks ay the top. Location can't be beat. Steps to the beach . short walk to Bearskin Neck with shopping, galleries and restaurants.House was plenty large for 10 of us. Kitchen was a dream, everything you would need.A word about our host, Tim. He was there at check in to explain everything. He was very attentive. I had 2 minor hiccups that he took care of immediately.Family liked rental so much, I have already booked for next year

The entire family, comprising eight adults and two children, thoroughly enjoyed the property. The front beach, conveniently located across the street, offers a serene and picturesque setting. Tim, the host, promptly responded to any questions we had via text, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free rental experience. We are already planning to rent the property annually.

My Wife and I stayed here with our 3 adult Children and their SO's. There was plenty of common space, a great kitchen, private bathrooms for each room and a stunning view of the beach and ocean from the porch and 2 of the bedrooms. It was easy to walk to town for shopping and food. Everyone had a great time.

Beach & King is a wonderful home for a family celebration. The host is helpful at all times. Location is perfect for a day at the beach, even in October, shopping and dinig. Thanks for a very friendly and lovely stay.

This house is located in such a great area of Rockport. It’s close to the beach and the train station. Our family’s home was less than a mile from this house which made it very convenient to visit them. This VRBO house has the best display of different artists in the area. It should be declared an art museum.There is a bathroom for every bedroom. The owner greeted us and gave a great tour of the house and left a great book with ideas for touring, restaurant ideas and indicated free wifi password. It was one of the best homes I’ve ever stayed in with VRBO. A must stay in Rockport.

This was an amazing place!! The location was spectacular! We walked into the home and the atmosphere was so charming and inviting. We all had plenty of space. Perfect for a larger group of people and they were wonderful hosts!! We had such a memorable time here!!

From the moment you park your car at this home, you will know you made a great choice. The beach view from the living room is spectacular. That is just a start. In our case, the owner, Tim, was there to give us a home tour. The home is filled with original local art, including that our favorite artist, Don Mosher's work. We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years. No home has the character and provisions of this home. Each of the four bedrooms on the second has a private bathroom, plus a full bath on the main floor. Tim has thought of all the little details - like Kleenex in all the rooms. He was equally available with local advice during our stay. If we could give this home a 5+, we would do it. Yes, the property and owner's attention were over the top!

There was plenty of space for our family of 12. House was clean and comfortable. Location was great; it took only a few minutes to walk to the beach. It was an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in town. We would stay there again!
