With a private pool, tiki bar, patio, 4 balconies, beautiful views, and gas grill, you'll have everything you need for outdoor fun and entertainment.

Located in the exclusive Pointe West Community, you'll have access to private & public community beach access (a quick 3-minute walk), an intracoastal waterwaytrail, and a day dock. Enjoy views of the marsh, wildlife (herons, egrets & deer), boats passing by on the waterway, and taking in the ocean breeze. Enjoy swimming in the pool at night with beautiful colored pool lights. Enjoy all the island views from the many covered porches and the screened-in porch off the master on the main floor.

Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and multiple bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. Relax in the cozy living room equipped with a 75-inch TV, perfect for movie nights after a day of fun in the sun. Spread out and enjoy watching tv upstairs in a second living area including a pull-out couch. All bedrooms have smart TVs. All bathrooms have double vanities. A tankless water heater means no fear of cold showers with a house full of family and friends! A private walk to the beach access is directly across from the house. Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities including 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, laundry & dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 trash bags, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand towels. Your beds are pre-made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket. While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Each guest will also be provided a towel and washcloth.

Located near the ocean, this home is ideal for water enthusiasts. Enjoy activities like paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, and fishing. Play pickleball and basketball at the park.
