Stayed Jun 22, 2024The beach house was perfect for our family of 10. We really loved the accommodations and the pool. Everything was in good condition, close to beach and boardwalk. Pool was beautiful but the pool furniture and umbrellas could be updated. Other than that would recommend this beach house for your family vacation. The owner, Brian, was very responsive and easy to deal with.

Stayed Aug 19, 2023This is our second time at this property and works well because we are 4 families with children. The rug was dirty and some of the mattress pads were stained (gross). Maybe it was because it was the end of the season? We also had to buy propane for the grill. It is a good location for the beach, boardwalk, church and Hoffmans. You do hear hotel noise across the street.

Stayed Jul 8, 2023The location was perfect. Close walk to beach(7-8 min) and decent restaurants(10 min). Board walk down the street. Good off st parking. Very quite neighborhood. House has an open floor plan with plenty of room for our group. Never felt crowded. Pool was well maintained. House was clean upon arrival. Only critical comment, for a house of this size, could have used another full bathroom. Would highly recommend for large families.
