The Beach House is located just a block from the beach as well as the intracoastal waterway, and has a private heated pool and waterfall spa in the backyard that is all yours! It is like having your very own resort! Great restaurants are nearby (like Kyle G's and Shuckers on the Ocean), or you can grill by the pool. Walk to the private neighborhood beach with a two-story tiki hut with chairs to watch the sunrise or waves at any time! There is also a lifeguarded public beach called Wavelan

Stayed Oct 18, 2025House was perfect for our needs. 5 minutes or less to the beach. You can actually drive wothin a minute or two to the HOA private secured beach access making it extremely easy to get on the beach. House backyard was private, pool heater worked nice, new gas grill, great restaurants within ten minutes or less. Comfortable beds and nice linens. We wanted our two doodles to travel with us. They had a great time! House was very clean upon arrival. Kathleen was awesome to work with as we added two nights on the backside for 16 total nights.

Stayed Aug 12, 2025Excellent stay. Clean, comfortable, and welcoming; it's in a nice location and close to the beaches. Strong air freshener that may be overpowering to those who are sensitive to fragrance. Consider a mild or no freshener because the house smelled clean and fresh without.

Stayed May 24, 2025The house was immaculately clean and decor was very relaxing! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook dinners after a long day at the beach. The location was perfect for beach days and evening dips in the well maintained pool. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Jensen!

Stayed May 13, 2025The pool and the private beach access were very convenient and made the entire trip a dream for all 3 of my kids. Would have loved if there were smart TVs in the house and each bedroom for the kids entertainment after the long days- but we managed. Overall was a good experience.

Stayed Mar 10, 2025This house and pool is perfectly located in Jensen where you can walk right across the street , or drive right up to the dunes on the beach. You have your own little tiki hut overlooking the ocean and a private beach. The neighborhood is very quiet with very friendly neighbors around the area. Kathleen and her husband are super . On top of anything you might need or have a question about. Very accommodating and pleasant. Great to rent from. The pool is divine, In six days I could only get my husband to leave it and come to the beach for an hour one day.

Stayed Nov 9, 2024We loved this vacation rental! The house was very clean and well stocked with plenty of essentials for our 2-week stay. They supplied many extras - Kleenex, Q-tips, band aides, lots of clothes soap, saran wrap, napkins, spices and so much more. The master bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub every day. The backyard was warm and cozy on the two cooler, windier days. The gas grill did a fantastic job on our mahi and tuna dinners and bratwurst lunches. The private beach was beautiful and close but we found driving 5 minutes to the off-leash dog beach, Walton Rocks, with our fur baby was more fun for us. We did this most days and met so many wonderful locals and visitors, laughing much as our dogs romped and played. We will be renting again in the future!

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Sewage leak that owner denied until AFTER we left! The day we left the bathroom shower was being torn up to address it and we were never told! I was led to believe that nothing was wrong and i was basically crazy that nothing smelled!. Roaches, half the lamps did not work, fridge filter out the entire time and more. This was a nightmare! I have the photos! Disgusting, vile place and an owner that seems to just not care. Worse yet - VRBO does not care and will do NOTHING! RUN RUN RUN
