Beach house with private patio / pet friendly 1B

Only had 2 towels and 2 washcloths for 2 night stay. One roll paper goods. Tv remote damaged and doesn’t work. Roku remote does work. No supplies in kitchen. Coffee pot leaked. Overall it wasn’t bad. Quiet place and short walk to the beach.

Loved our stay here! This is a perfect BNB for anyone wanting to go to the beach (it’s only 5 minutes away!). Cute decor, lovely back porch, beach chairs ready for use, and a kitchen with everything you’d need. We will definitely come back the next time we visit JAX! Thank you!!

Cute place tucked away in south Jax beach. We felt completely comfortable and at home. ❤️

Great location near beach, nicely appointed inside, spacious 1BR, great for 2 people. There was some street noise occasionally but was quiet inside. Nice host, very responsive.

We had a lovely stay here. Its just as pictured and very quiet area. The Host Mandy was very accommodating to our needs. We will definitely go back there.

Enjoyed our stay here. The best part was how close we were to the beach. A washer and dryer would have been fantastic. Lugging wet towels to the laundromat was not fun

Great location. A block from the beach so we were able to roll our fishing cart right to the beach. It was awesome not to have to get in the car to get to the beach.

Not the cleanest upon arrival (dirty/crumbs under master bedroom, some substantial counter smudges) and not all of the same furniture in the pics (different/dated nightstand in bedroom).However, great location near Jax Beach access and surrounding area for shops, grocery stores, gas. Beware of the small outdoor space in the pet friendly listing, it's more like a small/narrow back trash alleyway with limited grass options, however a very nice outdoor shower though for washing off the beach sand! It was a super hot day in August.. so understand the HVAC unit was working hard/stressed, but no real cooling off ever occurred to the master bedroom section or bathroom/shower area of the house (more like a connected townhouse). We luckily had nearby family lend us a small box fan for better ventilation in the master bedroom. We also did not bring this up to the host until our last day there. Overall, not trying to bash this listing but bring attention to a few items, and end on a positive about the property's nice exterior curb appeal & convenient location in Jax Beach!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the neighborhood was quiet.

Wonderful location! Only thing that was unusual was there was no TV in the bedroom and no dishwasher. Another than that I would stay there again. The area was perfect for a weekend getaway. ?

We had a wonderful stay! This place is clean, cute and comfy with eclectic beachy decor. Fabulous location! Just a short walk to the beautiful beach and good restaurants. Looking forward to returning!

Great little condo, even better location. Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Perfect for a quick get-a-way.

This was the perfect space for my husband and me. Parking in front and a two block walk to the beach made it very convenient. The table holds four so my daughter and friend came for dinner. I spent some time every day reading on the front porch. TV is only streaming with about 2 channels in live tv so bring your log in for your streaming channels. The thermostat is a Nest type, it would have been nice to have a sheet with directions on how to use it. We will definitely use this place again

Easy access to everything. Beach just around the corner. The house had everything as advertised.
