Main Living Level

The ground floor offers a comfortable, inviting space to relax and spend time together. The living room features a Smart TV and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, while the dining area seats up to six guests. A convenient half bathroom is located just off the main living area.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, along with a regular coffee maker, Ninja K-Cup coffee maker, reusable coffee pod, and kettle.

Step outside onto the waterfront porch, where you can enjoy meals at the outdoor table while taking in the beautiful water views and spectacular Keys sunsets.

And when you're ready to explore, four complimentary kayaks are available for your use during your stay, making it easy to get out on the water and experience Duck Key from a different perspective.

Upstairs

The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, private en suite bathroom, and its own balcony with beautiful sunset views, a wonderful spot to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

The second bedroom also features a queen bed, with a full bathroom conveniently located in the hallway between the bedrooms.

Both bedrooms include bedside lamps with electrical outlets and USB ports, making it easy to charge your phones and other electronics overnight.

A portable crib is also available upon request for families traveling with little ones.

Everything You Need

We've thoughtfully stocked the villa so you can settle in and start enjoying your vacation right away.

You'll find an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, laundry supplies, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and bathroom amenities.

The coffee station includes both a traditional coffee maker and a Ninja K-Cup pod system, along with a reusable pod for your favorite ground coffee.
