The house and property was immaculate. The layout of the house is fantastic with the master on the other side of the house from the other two bedrooms. My teens had their own space. The master bathroom was a dream with dual shower heads, huge jacuzzi and two vanities. The towels were plush and absorbent. The kitchen was nicely stocked for cooking and the grill was ready to use. The golf cart was a really nice bonus. The only negative things were coffee was not provided and the foam topper on the master made our backs sore. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Wonderful property

The house was beautiful and as many others have said, the pictures do not do it justice. The place has everything you need for your stay, including anything needed for the beach. If you are staying for a week you will certainly need necessities like dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, shower gel, etc. But other than that, this place is perfect. Super clean. Plenty of linens and the beds were amazing. We would come back anytime.

My family truly enjoyed our stay at the Salty Seagull. The pictures look amazing, but it was even better in person. Having a pool at the house and use of the golf cart was a huge perk. We took advantage of the community pool during our stay, which was also very nice. Great neighborhood and location. Would definitely stay there again!

Loved having a golf cart to shuttle the kids to the playground at the community center, beach and restaurants. We very much enjoyed the lanai and heated pool, grill and patio dining. The house is equipped with every amenity. The master bath, steam shower was lovely. Sound machines in each bedroom, all the kitchen gadgets one would need. We cooked several meals at home. The neighborhood is stunning, so much fun for the kids. The house was stocked with tons of beach toys, chairs etc. I would stay here again. Renda, the property manager is so sweet and responsive. She provided immediate assistance for anything we needed as well as recs of great restaurants. You will have an incredible week at this property.

We had an absolutely great time staying in this house. It had an exceedingly large amount of amenities and “extras” that were above and beyond. Also, the property manager Renda was timely and helpful with all of our questions. We highly recommend the property and Renda!

This house was amazing! Everything and anything you needed was provided. And the location was perfect! If you have any questions they will be answered within a few minutes. Could not have asked for a more fabulous place. We will definitely be back!

The pool in the backyard was extremely convenient, especially after the beach or for night swims, loved the provided pickle ball equipment, golf cart was amazing, we always love going to the large and clean neighborhood pool, the home was gorgeous and very clean!
