Nice place to stay in a good area.

It is an immaculately kept property. Lovely house. All new inside. About a 2 mile bike ride to St Simon light house.

The area is fine and perfectly safe. The house is super cute and clean and has everything you need. The owner is very responsive and helpful. It is located on a fairly busy road. That was not a problem for us whatsoever, but I wouldn’t rate the location as five stars. I would rate everything else about the property as five stars. Certainly the cost of rent was very fair for the location.

The house is beautifully renovated and had a lot to offer. Very clean. No shade on the parking lot.

What a great place David has! An entire house right down the street from stores, restaurants and even the Ace Hardware and Winn Dixie. The home is spotless, comfortable and has everything you could ever need in a beach rental. We favor East Beach, which is an easy ride from the house. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are great. David is easy to communicate with, immediately responsive and pleasant. Can't wait to return.

My only recommendation would be a hose available for use to help with all the sand :)

This house was perfect in every way. Exceptionally clean! Cute Shops and restaurants were within walking distance. A few minute drive to St Simon Pier.

House was spotless and comfy. Host incredibly responsive. Location terrific with close proximity to shops and restaurants, and only a few minutes to the pier. The house was a on a busy/main street, which didn’t bother us. But it’s good to know in advance. I would definitely book again and highly recommend.

Perfect long weekend at this delightful getaway! Great space, updated, clean and comfortable. Extremely convenient to everything. Easy to get in and out. We saw some comments about traffic noise, but on a very busy weekend we were not bothered at all by any noise. It was very easy to communicate with the host. We look forward to staying here again!

Great location and close to everything.

Everything was just the photos posted, clean and welcoming. The host made sure to ask if we needed anything when we arrived and was very good at communicating! Highly recommend.

Convenient location. Clean house. Bikes were a nice feature. The only thing I'd point out is it is on the main road and you could hear cars passing from the guest bedroom.

Perfect location for our home base while we explored the St. Simon Island area. The house was spacious for the two of us and had everything we needed. Nice sized living room and kitchen that we appreciated in the evenings. The host was very quick to respond both before and during our trip. Very nice area with so much to do - we will be back!

The accommodations were simple but clean and served our needs perfectly. Good price for what we needed and received.

Traffic noise for the front bedroom can be a problem if you are a light sleeper.

We were in town for an event on Saturday evening. It worked out to be a great location for us to go directly across the street to a wonderful tavern to watch football during the day. The house had all the essentials that we needed.

Everything was clean, we had everything we needed for our stay. Check in and check out was very easy as well. Loved the location, it was very close to everything! Starbucks around the corner, and great restaurants and the beach only about 6 minutes away. We’d definitely come back.

Check in instructions were clear. Management communications to us about the very strict rules were ALL CAPS - basically shouting repeatedly with fines associated with each potential infraction. The facilities were as clean as most. There is a lot of deferred maintenance - cracked tile in kitchen area, likely due to a leaking dishwasher. Chipped woodwork and walls, loose faucets.

First time visiting St. Simons and it was a trip to remember. Dave was the most amazing host. He communicated any and everything we may need before we even arrived. We had a small problem come up on the property and Dave sent maintenance to assist in a matter of 2 minutes, it was great! His hospitality is exceptional. I look forward to visiting St. Simons again and staying at Dave’s property.

Very spacious and equipped with everything that we needed. Very clean and plenty of towels. The location was central to Epworth and the downtown area. Busy road, but noise not noticeable inside and easy to get on and off the road. Great communication with the host. Beds were comfortable.

Perfect for my family to relax during a golf tournament. The host, David, reacted quickly to a small issue on arrival. The issue was resolved quickly and we had no other issues during our short stay. The home was clean and well equipped. The location is off a main road so there is some road noise but we were so tired after full days it did not bother us.

We enjoyed staying in this little 2 bedroom beach house! Close to the beach and restaurants with only a 5-8 min drive! It was clean and neat. It is very close to a busy road so you do hear some road noise. The only things that may need work is the dishwasher needs a good scrub inside and the master tub/shower sprays at you when filling up and doesn’t plug well to fill the tub for a small child. Just leave the faucet running so the water doesn’t run out! Overall we had a good experience and would stay again!

This was a nice little house in a convenient location. There is some traffic noise as it located on a major road. We enjoyed our time here and the kids liked the fenced in back yard for kicking their soccer ball and just running around. The kitchen is well furnished with cookware and with a Keurig coffee maker, pods and sweetener. Some of the cookware such as the non-stick pans need to be replaced and neither of the two furnished manual can openers worked. The beds were comfortable and the showers were nice with good pressure and water. temperature. We would have no concerns about booking this location again and have already talked about doing that.

Solid little house located in the middle of the island.

The house was clean and ready for us! It was comfortable and we didn’t have to ask about anything during our stay. Close enough to do lots of exploring around the island!

We had a great time at this Dream Home. It was within walking or bike riding distance to everything we wanted to do, including amazing food. We used Uber from the Brunswick airport to the house & back, other than that we didn’t need a vehicle. The home was clean, well furnished, and the host was responsive though we had no issues to respond to once checked in, because it was perfect.

Everything was great. Dave communicated throughout the entire process and everything was wonderful

Great place and wonderful host. Clean and friendly place for family. Every ask was answered and the host even had a soccer net for the kiddo's. Will definately be back to this clean, cute little piece of heaven.

We stayed 2 nights very clean, well cared for.

I cannot say enough about the property!! The location was perfect, the house was extremely clean, and the owner checked in on us many times. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bedrooms lovely...the bed I stayed in was more comfortable than my own:) We walked every morning and were so happy with how close everything was. The bikes were in great condition, and the local paths were very safe. We went to East Beach and it was super close, and had bathrooms, etc. right in the parking lot. We had dinner at Fiddlers, and the staff and locals couldn't have been any nicer; same with the Frederica House. We will definitely be back and would not stay any place other than the Beach House on Demere Road!! Thank you to the gracious home owners!!!

We really had a great time at this property. Very clean and the management company was super responsive! We really didn’t have much of a problem but when we needed them, they did respond quickly. Check-in was easy and the house felt really secure. The house is located in a great area, very walkable. Of course, Saint Simons is not a big island but this house was very convenient to get anywhere we wanted to go. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Highly recommend and will probably stay again.
