Our rental is comfortable with all you need to have a great vacation! A spacious deck to sit on in the morning with your coffee and in the afternoon for an after beach refreshment, with a gas grill for cooking. Set away from the hustle and bustle of beach traffic and offers nice shade for those hot summer days. We are on a private road with minimal traffic and driveway parking available. For summer days, there is an outdoor shower and hose to use to rinse off sand.

Stayed May 23, 2025Perfect house for Grandparents, parents and two children. Comfortable and cozy. Convenient walk down to Long Sands in York Beach- one of the most beautiful and minimally developed beaches in Southern Maine! Short drive to Nubble light!

Stayed Jul 13, 2024We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable home , which had a large deck with a grill and AC in the bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The walk to the beach was not too far and the beach was lovely!!
