The kitchen is fully furnished and has cabinets and various utensils including industrial pans, upright freezer, etc.

Aracaju is about 40 minutes from the city of Estância, and Salvador 02 hours by car, both access are not made by BR but by paved, calm and tourist roads. The beach is 400 meters away, with natural pools forming daily with crystal clear water, several dunes next to the house and a supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria and gas station 1 km away.
Great choice of tours to visit the famous and stunning Mangue Seco Beach (beach where the soap opera Tieta was recorded) 15 minutes by speedboat, leaving from Porto do Mato, distant 05 km from the house, with the option of boat rides and schooner on site consultation and Bugre tours.
