House Rules:
Primary renter must be above the age of 25 years.
Maximum capacity – 20 people
Signed renter’s agreement required immediately after booking.
Security deposit hold on credit card requested at booking.
Only 4 cars can be parked in the driveway.
️ Trash disposal only in the provided trash bins
No parties or events.
No smoking or illegal drug use.
Quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am.
No more than one pet dog allowed with pet fee. (No other pets are allowed.)
Pets must be listed in booking.
Details of all guests, pets, and vehicles required.
Valid ID to be provided for verification as requested.
No fireworks.
No spray tanning, henna, hair dyes, or glitter.
️ No pets allowed on beds and couches.
There is a $25 charge of early check-in/late check-out, allowed only when there are no other check-ins or check-outs on that day.
No illegal internet downloads or commercial filming.
For safety, security cameras are installed outside.
Supplies provided are of a starter pack, guests responsible for additional supplies if required.
Food, drinks, and certain decorative items shown in the listing photos are for staging purposes only and will not be included with the rental.

Hot Tub Rules:
Maximum of 6 persons.
️ No food or drinks are allowed in the hot tub.
No jumping or diving.
No glassware around the hot tub.
No infants (under 1 year), pregnant women, or people under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications allowed in the hot tub.
Children (2-16 years) must be accompanied by an adult in the hot tub.
️ Do not enter the hot tub if the temperature is above 104°F.
Use only pool towels, not the white bath towels in hot tub.
No body lotions or tanning creams allowed. Shower before entering the hot tub.
Turn off the high jets after each use.
️ Replace the hot tub cover after every use.
Do not sit or lie down on the cover.
Leave the hot tub in the same condition as it was found.
❤️‍ Anyone with heart issues, seizures, high or low blood pressure, or any other serious medical condition should consult a doctor before using the hot tub.

Steam Sauna Rules:
Maximum of 4 people
️ No food or drinks inside the Sauna
Pregnant women, elderly women, or persons suffering from heart diseases, diabetes, and high or low blood pressure should not use the sauna.
Do not use saunas under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Use by children under 16 years of age is prohibited.
⚠️ Long exposure to sauna temperatures may result in nausea, dizziness, and/or fainting.
⏰ Observe a reasonable time limit. 10 minutes is recommended.
⏳ Do not exceed 15 minutes.
Commercial swim attire, workout shorts and shirts, or towels must be worn while using the sauna.

♿ Handicap Access to the Beach – Guests have nearby accessible entry points, including Onslow County Beach Access Site No. 2 at 2950 Island Drive, which features a ramp to the sand, an elevated pavilion, concessions, restrooms, and showers. A second accessible access is also available, making it easy for everyone to enjoy North Topsail Beach.
Pool Access: The community pool is available to guests seasonally, from Memorial Day week through Labor Day week.
