Beach House Getaway-5 mins from the beach

Had such a nice stay. Home was clean, with plenty of room inside and out. Had plenty of linens for the 6 of us and the location good not have been better.

It was beautiful, comfortable and you just feel at home. It’s really close by the beach and the backyard was huge. My kids enjoyed it very much as well as our family. A true 10/10 highly recommend

While located in a quiet neighborhood the house was in close proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Easy driving distance to local islands and parks. Hugenot Memorial Beach is a must if you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The kichen had everything we needed for cooking. Large backyard and patio to enjoy. The backyard camera made us a little uneasy to enjoy it as a family.

The home is super comfortable with 2.5 bathrooms. I was in town for a business trip and the location is perfectly situated for all parts of ponte vedra and Jax beach. Beds are super comfortable, bathrooms updated and the backyard is large and inviting. Lots of shops nearby as well. The owners are super friendly and thoughtful and made everything super easy. Looking forward to coming back. Great for friends and family!

We had a great time at this property. Easy access to get to anywhere you needed to go. Very spacious house with a great backyard! The host was quick to answer any questions that we had.

House is all newly remodeled and beautiful on inside. New floors, cabinets, appliances, fixtures. Great outdoor green space in backyard for kids/families. Ping pong and cornhole in garage. Amazing park just 3 blocks away with huge skate park, playground, sand volleyball, large turf soccer field with goals. Walking/running/biking distance to beach and numerous stores. My son broke the shower head, and owners responded by text within minutes, replaced shower head later that day. At end of stay, they found 2 chargers we left behind, and texted to ask if we would like them to put them in the mail. The owners are just the kindest people. I can’t say enough nice things about this place.

This property is fresh, clean, well stocked. We appreciated the durable glasses and dishes. All the comforts of home- towels for days, soaps, even scissors and can coolers. The neighborhood is family friendly and the beach is walkable. We loaded up the rolling cart with beach towels, toys, and drinks in the provided cooler. The walk is a little long, but not enough to wear out my 7 yo, even after spending the day at beach. There’s spots to pick up dinner on the walk back too. (We chose to walk rather than searching for beach parking :-) Easy access to the highway without being too close. Even if you were coming in on a plane, you could walk in here and have a great stay with nothing more than a few fresh groceries. They really do have it all.
